We’ve called upon Walker Plumbing several times over the past couple of years and they have always been prompt and have done excellent work. Jody was out today and did a great job fixing the problem. He’s always friendly and efficient and very capable. Highly recommend.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking "if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow". I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

45 minutes, one (1) part and bill was 495.90. Unbelievable, ridiculous. That's a weeks pay for 5 minutes for the reason I called them.

The plumber was in and out in less than half an hour and charged $225 for the labor. At the equivalent of $450 per hour I found that to be severe price gouging, especially for the simplicity of the job. This was at 7:30 pm not 2:00 am. When I expressed my dissatisfaction about the charges to their manager(Jared) he said all the plumbing companies charge about the same and refused to make any adjustment. Also, the dispatcher did not tell me what the charges would be when I called originally and when I called back the next day she said she's not legally required to disclose that info. Really? This is customer service? Good business practice? I also requested the 15% Angie's List discount which she said they DO NOT give and doesn't know why that is showing on line. Bottom line. I recommend you try a different company unless you don't mind being ripped off.

We needed someone on a weekend to clear a clogged drain. Walker Plumbing responded promptly to the message we left. Recognizing that our kitchen was newly remodeled, they suggested trying the roof access first rather than using the access under the sink which could have resulted in a mess in the kitlchen. The roof access worked and within 10-15 minutes the clog was eliminated.

We are general contractors who rely heavily on reliable subcontractors. We found that with Walker Plumbing. The provided Brand new plumbing on a 6500 sqft home, and did an exceptional job. They were not only competitive in pricing but professional and honest. Their price seemed to be reasonable. They were very easy to work with. I rate him high overall, and I will continue using him in the future.

It makes such a difference when you find someone that will respond, especially with plumbing; Dustin is very attentive. He's just a wonderful person! Their prices seem reasonable. I will use them again for future plumbing needs.
