It went well as can be expected for water damage. Plumbing Connection was wonderful.
Description of Work: On 01/15/07 we had a water pipe break that needed immediate attention. Due to the severe weather Phoenix was experiencing, every plumber we called was booked solid, and it was a holiday. The Plumbing Connection was able to get someone to our house late that afternoon. They worked until dark (pipe was outside on roof) and had to reschedule to finish the repairs later in the week. They hooked us up with a restoration company that was able to come out the following day to assess the damage and help with the next steps in replacing the floor & wall.

The second time I've had them out to the house to perform work and always very professional, prompt, and good. Cost is not usually "cheap", but I think fair. Stop by their retail outlet for an occasional part when I need guidance for DYI; always helpful there as well.
Description of Work: Replaced bathroom faucet which required removing original valves (leaking and cheap); installing new compressions fittings, flex tube, faucet, and drain cap.

Showed up on time, gave a clear estimate of the cost. Worked efficiently and was done in 15 minutes. Quoted $220 to replace the kitchen faucet with one I had purchased at the store. I declined to have the work done. I did it myself in 45 minutes.
Description of Work: Replaced a small segment of pipe coming out of the side of the food disposal under the kitchen sink.

MY WIFE AND I WALKED INTO THE GARAGE AND SAW WATER LEAKING EVERYWHERE. WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE PLUMBING CONNECTION AND THEY WERE HERE WITHIN THE HOUR. KNOWING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD, THEY CAME PREPARED, WELL KNOWING THAT IT WAS PROBABLY THE WATER HEATER, WHICH IT WAS. IN NO TIME AT ALL THEY HAD THE OLD HEATER OUT AND REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE. WHAT A PLEASURE. WE HAVE SINCE USED THEM FOR OTHER NEEDS WITHIN OUR HOUSE.

THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND REPLACED A LEAKY VALVE. HE PUT A NICE NEW VALVE ON AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY, BUT AS PLUMBERS GO I THOUGHT HE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE.
