Their response was very timely and they provided the workers necessary to complete the job in a sufficient amount of time. The original paperwork stated that "kiltz" would be applied to prevent bleed through of the water stain on the ceiling but a grey "primer" was applied and we were told that this would do the job. In an effort to assist them so they would not have to return the next day to complete the job, I offered to paint the ceiling myself. I applied two coats of a quality white ceiling paint only to have the stain bleed through. I contacted them via telephone to alert them to this problem and was told to wait a few days and the problem would correct itself. After applying two more coats of paint, the stain has still leaked through. Even though I complained they have yet to call back to see if everything is okay. They did not hesitate to ask for payment as soon as they completed what work they did do but left me to finish the job on my time and at my expense.

Yes, this roofer was fast. Too fast. I just wanted one leaking section of roof repaired. They talked me into a roof vent and a vent seal in addition. Another thousand dollars work. I might have been all right with it. But when I looked at the vent, the shingles they used did not match the rest of my roof and the vent was right over my front door. So it looks like I have a big patch right at the front of my house. They took $200 off the price trying to persuade me to give a better review. And the salesman went next door and talked my neighbor into gutters which I thought was rude. Did not like this roofing company.

I recommend Isaac Holden Contracting. All aspects of repairs that needed to be done to my leaking roof and gutter were explained. The turn around time from quote to completion of work was two days! I'm thrilled with the fact that they were able to "match" replaced asphalt roof shingles... can't tell where my roof was repaired! Workers were polite, thorough and efficient. I'm very grateful for a job well done!

Both Isaac Jr and Sr are interesting people with old fashioned values and they were willing to work with me on my flat roof problem and anxious to go the extra mile to seal the deal.
