 + -1 moreI discovered, after having several roofers look at the job, that a "walk deck" is a completely different animal, and not many roofers deal with them. I finally called Roofing Consultants of AZ (recommended by your list) and they referred me to Jim Szumnarski, giving him rave reviews. Jim came out to look at the job, and just happened to arrive at the same time another roofer did, so they both looked at the job, and gave me their thoughts at the same time. The way Jim proposed to do the job made much more sense to me, then what I'd been hearing from the roofers. And his price was more reasonable. Jim did the job promptly, did what he said, and it looks magnificent. Would I recommend him? You betcha!
