These people didn't protect my tile while plastering the pool. They didn't clean up the the plaster before they filled so my filter was covered in plaster. It was sloppy and unprofessional.

Every one of the subcontractors was outstanding. The workmanship is superb. Owner, manager, supervisor Steve very condescending, no communication, and never available or on-site. Three weeks later the residue from cleaning pebble tech from pool still on-site and never picked up. It is a large amount of white stuff laying on black plastic to be hauled away. Has been in the way for other contractors doing landscaping so it had to be moved by wheelbarrows to other locations. Have called pool innovations 4 times to remind them that it needs to be removed. My pool is beautiful and the people working for pool innovations are so skilled with 10+ years of experience. I just think owner Steve must be a miserable human being. No one working for him says a word about him, and the one time we actually did speak to him over the phone he was blaming others and took no responsibility for communication of what or when they would be working. He certainly has left a poor impression of himself.

Timely, very polite and professional. Start to finish they communicated and finished as agreed. Beautiful pool finish and tile work. Very happy with this company.

The teams that came to do the phases of the work were terrific. The salesman was thorough and helped with color choices. The office staff was wonderful.

Each crew that came in todo there job work as a team. Each team cleaned up after themselves. When they we all done with the pool it look great other then that you would not know that they had been here.

My pool and deck resurfacing were both done with care. The whole job came out looking great!

Job started exactly when we wanted. Everything went as planned. Office stayed in touch by text. Workers were very friendly and answered questions. The end results were exactly as we wanted.It was a very good renovation project with the help of Pool Innovations.

Only issue was lack of communication with the steps involved n when they would come to do the work. They also need to communicate that the process is extremely messing n to take steps to ensure that the homeowners know and have the opportunity to protect their outside living space. Other then that loved working with Pool Innovations ??

Great experience from receiving the initial quote to closing out my project. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Managed my expectations and always followed through on commitments. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional from Carmine to Caesar to Steve to Maria, including everyone who showed up to do the work each day. Was particularly impressed with how clean they left the work site every day. They did all they could to ensure that my project be as unintrusive as possible. The pool looks great and I couldn t be happier. I would not hesitate to recommend Carmine and his team on all counts: customer service, attention to detail, communication, timeliness, pricing, availability and follow through skills.

Drain, Chip, Acid wash, Plaster, Clean up and fill with water, Add and treat with chemical were all of the steps. All were great except the chipping crew who came unequipped with tarps and plastic coverings to protect the surrounding landscape. 5 stars for the finished product, 4 stars for the overall project. Did a great job. Great attention to detail. Top notch. My deck and pool never looked so good. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Crew did not speak alot of English, but a smile does not need translation. All the workers were very pleasant. Different crews for different applications. Cleaned up well around site. Pedro, Cesar and Francesco were stars.

Hard to c contact, Communication needs improvement. Sometimes workers showed up unexpectedly. Other times didn't show when expected. Staff was very friendly. Contract was not explained, as far as payment goes. Overall, I really like their work and attitude.

Our 30 year old pool went thru an amazing rebirth thanks to the combined talents of Pool Innovations and their various contractors. From Carmine's initial salea visit, to Maria's phone support and Steve's responses to our questions, the end result is just beautiful. I recommend this company to anyone looking to create the ideal backyard space. Remember to be flexible, cover over anything that matters and be prepared to be wowed. Nice job Pool Innovations, Inc.!
