Their estimate was much higher than anybody else's.? I think their business is primarily dealing with insurance companies and I suspect that was part of the reason that it was so high, because in most cases their customers are not paying, the insurance company is paying. The estimator who came to the house was nice enough and he said somebody in the office - because they had an estimator in the office who would take his information and come up with an estimate and send it to me.? He said the estimate would come back in a couple of days.? It took a week to get an estimate.? I called the estimator in the office and he claimed that he was not told that this was a cash estimate and not an insurance estimate.? He said he would come up with another one.? A week or two later I finally get another estimate that's even higher than the first one.? So I called to ask for an explanation and never got a return call.? Meanwhile, during all this period I got two or three follow-up calls from the office, trying to sell their services, pushing me to hire them.? It was just completely disorganized and this didn't meet my needs at all.? I think basically their business seems to be over-billing insurance companies.? I don't mind giving them a bad review because they deserve it.?
