Cody went above and beyond to find the closest matching tile for my project. He constantly kept me informed throughout the entire project. His crew did a great job and kept everything clean. I already have other projects planned for this company. Reccomend 100%

Everyone was knowledgeable and professional at all times. Several trips were required to get my system in good working order. From the sales rep to the technicians who completed the work, everyone showed up on time and completed the work in an appropriate amount of time. I would highly recommend them.

They showed up on time. They were very friendly and gave me step by step instructions of how they proceeded with project. They went over and beyond the job. Recommend highly. Not just because of price but to work with customer to finalize project.

The Platinum Pool staff did a good job of finding a significant water leak and providing a couple choices how to fix it. I Chose a lesser expensive option (the leak was in a line under the deepest part of the pool - under ground). That worked, and they also assisted when the pump would not prime. Overall a good experience for what could have been a very costly repair.

I had a fountain that was in dire need of something! He was very nice and informative and gave me a couple of options and came to an agreement of what needed to be done! Was very happy!!

Great job, on time, reasonably priced

Came and did exactly what I needed.

Overall all pool resurface went well and was done on time. Did not like that they can come in and out of your yard without telling you. When they came to chip out the pool they jumped over my locked gate at 630 AM without notice. Luckily my dog was not out in the yard or she would of jetted out.

I could recommend them but with this advice. We had the pool resurfaced and tiled. I like the mini pebble surface and the glass mosaic tile border. We had an intellibrite LED light installed and a sand change in the sand filter. I do take issue with a couple of things. First, through the whole process, we were rescheduled many times. There were times that I said I took a vacation day to be home for certain work and found out when calling later in the day that they were not coming. I had a very hard time getting return calls and texts from the service manager. I wanted to purchase a control panel for the pool light. Once it was available, the installation kept getting postponed, and I would not find out until later in the day when I asked. I finally gave up and will go to another company for that, which is a shame. For me, communication is important. I think that if the work is getting postponed, call the customer and tell them, and offer a specific day and time frame. I always had to follow up just to find out they were too busy. I got tired of being pushed to the back of the line. Second, the sand that was pulled out of the filter was dumped over the wall into my front yard, in a big messy pile. The area around the filter was not cleaned up either. I had this done once before by another company and the sand was taken and disposed of. When I asked them to come back and clean it up, some of the pile was taken but it is still a big mess that I have to fix myself. I gave up on that. It was difficult to communicate with the service manager.

Responsive to repair requests even though I was not a regular customer for service. Completed repairs in a timely manner.

Stayed on task...stayed on schedule and were reachable when I had a question - even when they are entering their busy time of the year. Good value...good quality...and they even pulled the job in a few days early....thank you Platinum Pool Care....March 2021

Excellent craftsmanship, extremely happy with their work and their responsiveness. Cody and Rick were excellent to work with and would offer my highest recommendation if you have a pool project anytime in the future.

they did a good job but did not finish completely and promise i will have some one to finish the job the next day and am still waiting overall and so far is a good job done for what is finish
