They didn't end up charging me anything because things looked good. I was impressed that they didn't charge me a service trip charge even though they came out.

Don't hire this guy. He never had a work order. He never completed the job left hoses and plastic pipe for the filter all over. In my front yard. he was supposed to repair the deck he never did.. He claims the deck was not on a work order. I never saw a work order. I never signed a work order. the whitewash for the pool was not done right.. There are spots he should have plasterd and didn't. He beg that he needed he need the money. I paid 400.00 of a 535.00 bill and told him I would pay the rest when he completed the job. he never show up. I have proof that I paid him $400.00 he turned the full amounmt over to a collection agency and runined my credit. He has no idea of what he is doing and truly not a professional, I am taking him to court foir the full amount. PLEASE DO N OTR HIRE THIS GUY!!!! When I tried to talk to him all he could say is have a nicve day

They resurfaced my old pool with mini pebble, new tile and added a dedicated pool vacuum suction line and auto fill line. It looks great. They were able to add the 2 lines without cutting concrete, which really surprised me because the spot to tap into the water supply is up against the wall of the house under a patio cover with concrete slab. Plus they had to go under several feet of cool deck. Cody also fixed a leak in our skimmer for no extra charge. Another company quoted $350 for sealing the skimmer. Platinum Pool Care did the whole job in less than 10 days even though rain delayed one of the scheduled days. When it was done I forgot to get someone to turn off the hose that was filling the pool so it overflowed and got debris in the pool. Cody came out and cleaned it up for no charge!!! Awesome service, I highly recommend them!!

THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IN THE TIME THAT THEY SPECIFIED. CODY WAS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND DID WHAT WAS PROMISED. ALSO HIRED THEM FOR WEEKLY MAINTENANCE.
