Platinum Pool Care

Company came out to replace LED lights that were damaged during a lightning storm. There were BURNT wires. Everything worked before the storm. After completing the repair they reported to my insurance that the problem was a warranty issue because the light were defective from the manufacturer. Which totally blew up my claim. If the product was under warranty, why did they Charge me for new lights? Didn't understand the product they installed, I had to read the instruction to them. Didn't install the LED wire box cover correctly, didn't correct after I pointed it out. Amateur hand written Invoice, no invoice number. Arriving Hours Late even after calling to verify time. Will NOT Hire Again.

i could not say enough about Platinum Pool Care to do them justice. I have gone through three other companies before Cody. Everything was fixed correctly and fast. First time my pool has run right in 5 years. No one else seemed to care or didn't know how to take care of it. Will always use Platinum Care from now on. so happy you put me in touch with them. I received a call quickly after going to HomeAdvisor. Cody sent out someone the next day. The problem was bigger than I thought, but the cost to repair still reasonable. I would have given 5 stars for service, but something was not quite tightened and a second trip (at no cost to me, of course) was required.

I had them come out and fix my pool light. Corey was awesome he called me and told me what they did and actually told me they didn't have to replace what they originally thought they would so it was cheaper. They did an awesome job! Will work then again in future!

Cody is the owner of Platinum Pool Care. He called me back on a Sunday. We set the appointment up for Monday. He was prompt and fixed the problem at a very fair price. He was very Friendly, Professional and Honest. I will be using him again for several pool projects. I would highly recommend him. I would give him 10 Stars if they were available.

Our serviceman - Adam - is excellant. He is very accomodating and always willing to change my scheduled time if needed. Always on time and since I have three dogs, he even gives me a quick text to let me know he is coming down the street so that I have enough time to lock the dogs inside and open the gate. You couldnt ask for better service.

Our pool cleaner Adam was constantly late and did a horrible job!! Stayed for 3 minutes and gone! ! Damaged our Expensive Travertine Pavers and our chemicals were a mess!! Stay away!!!

A well run pool service company. Responsive and timely. Performed acid wash, tile blast, and new heater install. Reasonable price and great results!
