When 2 other companies could not figure out what the problem was, Platinum came in, accessed problem and fixed it.

Customer Service started off on the wrong foot for the first cleaning but the second cleaning wiped away any doubt in my mind. Today my pool was cleaned by Eric and he made my pool sparkle. Granted I am a new owner of a pool and wasn't quite sure what to expect but I am very happy with the work that was done today.

This was a very bad experience. We hired Platinum to fix an issue with our autofill for our pool and paint our pool deck. The quality of the workmanship was very poor. The "match" of the pool decking is not even close to being with. They I called an ask for it to be redone, the guy that came out to redo it did not do any better of a job; it looks terrible. In addition, when redoing the deck they sealed in all the removable pieces to access to pool deck. We also brought this up for it to be redone. They only released one of the access panels; the other is still inaccessible. The paint job was terrible. Not only did they not fully cover the surface but they also didn't paint all the way down the sides of the pool to the ground. I really wish they allowed pictures to be added to these reviews. I would never use these people again and would recommend you don't either.

Prompt response, turned out the issue was very minor. Took less than 5 minutes to solve.

Did a pretty good job. However it was rushed & wasn't as neat as it should have been. Better planning & it would most likely have been a better result. I wasn't in a hurry & explained it to them but they were pretty booked & wanted to finish asap.

Provided the right recommendations for updating our pool system and explained why. Even offered to get our water cleared up and in tip top shape free of charge. Great guys!
