Cody and Doug were fantastic. I called at 7 am and Doug was out by 1:30. I explained the problem and Doug took a look. He knew exactly what was needed, but did not have the part. He arrived early the next day and made the repair in less than 10 minutes. I will only use Platinum for any future issues. They were honest and I was surprised at how little they charged. Great customer service and nice staff.

Some day when my financial system improves I would like to hire them to be my regular pool service provider! :-)

Work was completed as requested but had to chase down a couple of times to see what were the next steps/ tasks and when. In addition, had to clean up a lot of work items after the job completed (screws, wire pieces, metal fragments, etc) as well as refit GFI socket (not screwed in). Overall though, pleased with the final result.

I felt like he did a great guy and knowledgeable and I hired him to be my full service.

We had a real muddy mess this monsoon season. I was surprised & very happy to know we didn't have to drain the pool to get a clear & clean pool. Adam was So easy to work with, very thorough and knowledgeable. Will use him again (once the weather cools) for an acid wash. My husband and I were extremely pleased.
