Got a call from Cody within a minute of submitting the Home Advisor request. We had a burned out pump motor. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Technician arrived on time. Very friendly and efficient. Installed the new motor and an hour later we were filtering great. I'll use Platinum again.

We needed a new pool pump installed and after having a horrible experience with Sun Devil Pool Repair we wen to Home Adviser. Cody called and set up a time to look at our pool that day! he came out and gave us his recommendations for our entire pool. He gave us a quote within 24 hours, agreed to the price and had us scheduled for 4 days later. They came out and did the work with out a hitch. We could not have asked for more! We have future work we will be doing with them and I would highly recommend them. They are also our new weekly pool service. Overall very very happy!

Very, very friendly. They did not push to do more than we asked, but very quick to do anything we asked. Couldn't ask for anything better than their services.

Consistently inconsistent test results and water balance. My pool has been unusable numerous times due to extremely high chlorine levels.

Cody responded to my service request very quickly. He was able to come out to the house and provide a written estimate within a couple of days. I had my pool drained, acid washed, tile cleaned, caulking done, waterfalls, and rock features resurfaced, the pool light replaced, and a new cartridge filtration system installed. Rick and the crew were able to start immediately before the temperatures reached triple digits by the end of the week. The entire job was completed within 2-3 days. My pool and waterfalls / rock features look like new, everything looks FANTASTIC!!! Rick and the crew provided excellent service, and left the property spotless. I didn't have one problem with this project, I can't say enough about Cody and the rest of the crew. They provided excellent service and were far less expensive than all the other estimates we received. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any pool service needs.

I was working with a different pool repair co for more then two weeks to start and finish the repairs. I called Platinum repairs were completed the same day. Cody showed me what was wrong told me the price and picked up parts needed as well as installed them same day, not two weeks latter.

The work was done on time and we were pleased with the quality of work. We had to call the office to pay with a credit card as this option is not available on site.

This company was booked 2 weeks out, after initial quote, So I decided to do some of the work myself. My quote was reduced down, so I was satisfied with the final price and repair was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend Platinum Pools to others.

I had a leak in my in-floor pop-up jets requiring saw cutting the bottom of my pool. The service and communication was good at first but there were issues determining the location of the leak resulting in several holes being cut. This was more the fault of the third party vendor rather than Platinum Pool Care, but what followed afterwards was concerning. Cody failed on several occasions to follow up to ensure the repair was progressing and to provide updates. In fact, he thought the work was completed by the end of the week yet his workers never came out to start the concrete patching, acid wash and the startup process. Outdoor temperatures were in the mid-90's and yet my pool sat with no water for an additional week that may cause cracking in pebble tech pools. I received an invoice after the startup was supposedly completed yet all the pop-up jets had not been reinstalled. A phone call later and Cody's workers came back out only to install all but three jets which I had to install and I had to replace my faux rock valve cover in order to get my backyard to the original condition. For the amount of money that was paid, I would expect a follow up and a thank you, not sure why this was not the case, maybe his company was too busy for the work that needed to be done¦ Beware

Adam called me literally within 30 seconds of hitting the submit button for my request. I needed my pool remodeled and had gotten a quote from my pool company at the time and Adam and Platinum Pool Care were able to do more work at a better price. Work was done well and on time. They are now my current pool company for monthly service due to Adam and his great customer service. And come to find out, he's a friend of a co-worker and her family and they gave him rave reviews as well when they found out he and PPC were doing the job!

I'm new to owning a pool and these guys seemed legit at first, but were sloppy in their work and communication. I would not recommend them.

He was to come on Monday and waited but he never showed. He called on Tuesday but I was going out of town. But he said he would do the work before I returned on Sunday. Said it was in pristine condition but noticed there was still dirt in bottom of pool he did not clean it was not pristine. He got angry with me and I felt he lied to me . Should have done the work right or at least told me that he couldn't get the debris out of the deep end of the pool . I did pay him in full.

Cody called within a hour of going on-line. Gave me a quote and scheduled the work. Rick came out and completed the project and our tile looks brand new. We were so pleased that we have scheduled additional work to be done in a week or so. Platinum Pool Care has my business from here on.

Called ahead, to ask about being early. Was great, personable any very knowledgeable. Offered suggestions to avoid issues in the future. Great experience!
