We requested a quote for a fence repair, and someone was scheduled to come out right away. The man told me he was "out of quote forms", which is odd considering he was sent out to give us a quote. I never received a call back, so I called and spoke to a woman who said she would get to the bottom of it and call me right back. I never heard back from her either. I have called and left a voice mail twice since then, but still no response. My experience with this company tells me that they are unprofessional, inconsiderate, and I would not recommend this company if you need any type of solution to your fencing problems.

The job was never done and I never received a call or explanation for not even getting back with me. This is a lack of common courtesy. If the job can't be done because the contractor is too busy or for whatever reason, the absolute least that should be done is to call the customer. I was really wanting to use Pinnacle which is why I called them after receiving the exact same treatment two years ago. I won't be calling again.

Brandi responded to our e-mail inquiry through Angie's list the same day. We had her to the next day and had a quote by week's end. The fencing was installed within two weeks after that. Did a good job at a fair price and did everything they said they would. The installers were hard workers and completed the job in one day.

We couldn't be happier with the results. Jon, the owner, gave us a quote that was higher than several other companies, but we decided to go with Pinnacle because of their professional manner and the other reviews here on Angie's List. The crew showed up on time, seemed to enjoy their job, worked together very well, and even finished the job earlier than expected! Oscar, the crew foreman, was very communicative and open to questions, as well as checking with us when there were issues he ran across. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build a block wall (and I've given their name and number out to co-workers already).

The owner of Pinnacle Fencing, Jon, visited our house to estimate the cost of fencing. We spent about 1/2 hour discussing requirements and I was promised a written estimate via email within about 1 week. After a week passed with no contact, I called Pinnacle Fencing and asked the receptionist about our estimate. I was told that Jon was suddenly swamped with work but would certainly get back to me. Never happened. Over a month later, no estimate, no call, no explanation. He evidently didn't need our business, so blew us off -- plain and simple!

We needed to replace an old side gate that was old and very difficult to open and close. I talked to Brandy and talked to her about replacing our gate. Brandy came out took measurements and photos and promptly emailed me an estimate. I decided on the type of gate made of iron with cedar planks. Brandy ordered a blue stake and they were very careful while diging. They did a very nice job of cleaning up after the gate was installed. We now have an easy to open, nice looking gate.

I submitted my initial inquiry online via Angie's List and they were prompt to call me to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Jon came out initially and gave me an estimate on what it would cost for my job. He was friendly and clearly understood what I was asking for. He had some technical problems getting the quote to me via email but it was solved quickly and courteously . They were willing to work with my schedule and pick a date that was convenient for me for the installation. On the morning of the installation they hadn't arrived at the time they said they would, but after contacting Jon he informed me that one of his trucks had a mechanical issue that had them delayed. He didn't want to call me too early, which I sincerely appreciate. The installation work was done to my satisfaction and they did a good job cleaning up the area afterwards. I plan to get an estimate from Pinnacle for replacing my gates around my property when the time comes and would highly recommend them to others.

I'm writing this review because reading reviews like this allowed me to make a good decision in hiring Pinnacle. I was very happy with everything about this job. Jon (owner), Oscar (block wall foreman) and Carlos (chain link foreman) were all very friendly and extremely professional. So were their team members. The work was done well, done on time, and they cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. This was not the cheapest contractor but I will be happy with the work every day for many years.

It went really well. I was very pleased with the crew that came out they were pleasant, they cleaned up, very easy to talk to and the ending job was really good. They are very honest and trustworthy and it looks really nice.

My job was a small one, but Pinnacle Fencing said no problem. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. Part of the job included removing the fence footing and that turned out to be a bigger job than intended. Again, Pinnacle Fencing said no problem. When the crew cleaned up the area at the end of the work. I'm very satisfied with the job they did and would use Pinnacle Fencing again.

Brandy arrived on schedule for the estimate, very professional and friendly attitude. Estimate was reasonable for project. Crew arrived on time and also had friendly attitude. Promptly removed vinyl fencing that was in place, then we went over details of where I wanted the chain link and they promptly started to work. Finished installing the posts and came back next day bright and early and installed chain link and gates. Looks good. Great company to work with.

The old pool fence was definitely worn out and I had never been real happy with the unsturdiness of it so they suggested bigger posts and I asked for more of them. They also changed the side the gate swung from(great improvement). Brandy was very prompt in putting together the estimate and it was exactly what we wanted. Everyone I worked with was very courteous and professional. The installers did an excellent job and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they had even been here. We're very happy with this fence.

They did a really good job. They were really professional and timely and they did this in the price bided.

I had called and left a message on a weekend (they were closed, okay I get that), but the following week, I never got a call back. A week went by, and I called again on a Monday morning, and again had to leave a message. Late in the afternoon, I got a call back from Brandi, but I was busy and couldn't take the call. I spent the next 30 minutes trying to play phone tag, and I kept getting voicemail. I finally got through to a different guy (didn't catch his name), who set up an appointment time on Thursday for an estimator to come out. I wasn't able to be there at that time, but told them it was okay to come by. They said they'd call me if they had any questions on the job, and get me an estimate ASAP. Got home on Thrusday to find no estimate waiting for me, and no messages either. Called on Friday twice to try and get a status on things, but always got voicemail. I can't seem to get a call back from anyone. Frustrating.

We had around 100 feet total of block fencing that needed to be completed. They got the job done in a day and it looks great. We also had around 100 feet of wrought iron installed to fence in the dogs. The ground wasn't level but they custom installed/welded the fence so that it looks neat and very professional. We're very happy with the work. For the amount of time they spent getting all the work done and to custom fabricate and install the iron fencing we felt the price was reasonable. And Brandy is fantastic and very responsive about always changing my estimates whenever I came up with new requests. We'll be getting more work done with them soon.

Jon was very professional in listening to what I needed done. HOA approved a minimal view wall in comparison to the full view wall. Block match, while not exact, was good considering the age of the existing block.

EXCELLENT! I could not have been happier with the pricing, communication, reliability and the actual finished product. John was professional, friendly, met deadlines and communicated when small issues that might affect timelines arose. His crew was courteous, fast and they kept the job site clean and organized during construction. This was a tough build in an irrigated lot where old, mature oleander had been recently cut down. His crew dug out all the remaining roots to create a solid foundation and built a beautiful wall from there. The masonry biz can be tricky to find somebody reliable, licensed and bonded. Pinnacle is amazing. Very trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Great company to use. Estimator was on time, called to make sure we were home. Crew arrived on a Monday morning and immediately went to work preparing the foundation for the walls. They were back the next morning to complete the walls and then cleaned up the yard so you didn't know that they had been there! The 6' fence was tied into my neighbors fence and they are aligned up so well you would think the fences were done at the same time! Gate crew arrived on Wednesday morning and hung the gates(even modifying one gate so it would clear the downspout) and then cleaned and swept the sidewalks so you again didn't know that they had worked in the yard. Brandy was our contact and she did a great job, came out after they were done to make sure we were happy! Oscar and his crew were all hard workers. GREAT JOB

I would like to start by saying I have read some of the reviews for this company and I am shocked by the reviews that gave negative remarks. If a company chooses to not take a customers job due to geography or any other reason I feel that is not the fault of the company. It is in fact a business that is in BUSINESS to make money and if the job does not make sense it is not good for company or client. A polite referral to another company should be appreciated. I guess that is just my two cents on reviewers that give a neg review on a great company because they happen to be a bad customer. Like everyone else I read the negative reviews first and even though there are very few that are negative they all seem to be not at the fault of the company but more or less bad customers. I am glad I was able to see that. I will start by pointing out the only negative thing I can think of being that a review needs to point out the good and the bad. After the install I had to pick up one piece of metal that was trimmed off the fence. The crew cleaned up very well, just happened to miss a very small piece that happens to blend very well with the landscape. I just want my review to be legitimate. HA! Totally not a problem at all. ITS A JOKE that i am even bringing it up Here is why I choose to use Pinnacle fence. I happen to be a pain in the @$$ customer myself. I happen to like to change my mind a lot, needing multiple quotes, asked tons of questions, and wanting quotes on projects I am not planning to do for a while. I really put them to the test. Pinnacle actually happened to be the most expensive estimate out of the three I had got, but I feel I got a much better value for my money. This is where my tons of questions paid off for me. I asked all the contractors the same questions. These were the differences that I would not have known had I not asked. Pinnacle- Powder coated (far better coating) Others- Painted Pinnacle- Could choose almost any color or finish I could think of being that it is custom Others- pre made black or cream to choose from Pinnacle- radius curves on the angles Others- all straight turns, so it would zig zag through the yard Pinnacle- custom made panels with a better gauge(thicker) steal Others- Home Depot pre made in china with thin steal(very flimsy) Pinnacle- Welded panels to the upright poles Others- Connected with a screw and collar Pinnacle- Larger upright poles (i think 2 inch) Others- Smaller upright poles (I think 1 1/2 inch) Pinnacle- Magnet self locking, self closing gates (no need to slam, it will lock every time) this is VERY important with a 2 year old and one on the way Others- Old latch style system that does not always latch unless you slam the gate. If you lightly shut the gate it will not always latch (VERY VERY bad) Pinnacle- very nice metal caps on the poles Others- Plastic caps In closing from start to finish it was a great experience. I was able to ask all the questions I needed, changed and modified my estimate to fit my budget. I was quoted a few projects that I will likely do later and they were willing to phase out my projects for me. Once we agreed on the project we gave a down payment and the project starting moving from there. I was update on timing as my panels were being built and powder coated. We agreed on an install date and they were there on time and they finished when they said. I was even able to make a small last minute change without a issue. They set posts one day (the concrete needed to set) and installed the panels the next. The install crew was polite and I felt comfortable having them at my home. The fence came out perfect and I will have them back to do more work in the future. I am very glad I did not use the competition, I would have ended up with a home depot quality fence that I could have installed myself with a shovel, drill, and sawzall. Thank you pinnacle! I got several quotes from different companies and Pinnacle was the only company to actually come out to my property to see what I wanted done. It was a big job and I wanted it done right so I appreciated that they came out to make sure we were on the same page. I chose Pinnacle due to the competitive quote and responsiveness. From the get go Brandy was great. She came out and gave me an accurate quote and answered all of my questions. She gave me ideas that definitely helped me decide on the final outcome of the project. She was very professional and always available to answer any questions I had during the project. As for the crew, Oscar and his guys were great. They were respectful and professional. Very hard working and paid attention to details. Oscar was very receptive to my suggestions and made sure I was happy with all of his work. With this project I had a lot of requests and wanted it all to be perfect. Brandy, Oscar and the crew at Pinnacle nailed it. I couldn't be happier and I have received several compliments from the neighbors. I highly recommend Pinnacle for any fencing needs.

It went extremely well. I dealt with Jon, and he was extremely professional. Service was completed the day promised. I would definitely use this company again, without hesitation.

We chose to attempt to work with this company because of all the positive AL reviews. However, this company does not answer their phone....We attempted no less than 15 phone calls over a three week time period calling mostly after 3:00 p.m. to explore our needs to have our fence done. (Not always leaving messages...) We also went to their website and requested an online quote weeks ago. Finally yesterday 11.12.13 after playing phone tag for over a week we got connected with them. To our disbelief the gentleman we spoke to stated that "our" job was "too small" and their company would likely be "too expensive" for the job we explained we needed and we were politely albiet but "pawned off" to a referral to another company Weston something which has a B rating on AL.....I think it is crazy that a company would do this to a potential client. We called other contractors and it is incredibly difficult to get them to call you back. We are in Pinal County/San Tan Valley. We are relying on AL because we have no contractor knowledge. I think it is unreal that someone kisses away business in this economy and any potential future business because it's "not big" enough for him....Judge for yourself........

I'm quite pleased. First rate work putting up the fence, and great job of cleaning up afterward. A big factor in deciding to go with this company is they took the time to send a gentleman out to my house to look and give me an estimate, unlike the other companies that merely took a look from google maps and winged an estimate.

Called John at Pinnacle Fencing to get estimate. John was very easy to deal with and his crews were very professional and worked very well together. Carlos and Oscar were the foreman and could not have been nicer or more informative. From top to bottom, job was done professionally, on time and is exactly what we had envisioned.
