A large section of our block wall was taken out by a tree in a recent storm. We have dogs and a pool so securing the yard was a high priority. Brandy came out the day after I called and provided excellent service. Not only was the Pinnacle quote lower but they put in a temporary fence the next day! They were busy so they couldn?t schedule the actual wall replacement for 3 weeks but the temporary fence they installed fully enclosed our yard preventing the dogs from escaping and protecting the pool. On the day of the wall install, the crew was prompt. They were able to do the work while leaving the temporary fencing in place so there was virtually no upset in our routine with the dogs. The work took about a day and a half. We are completely satisfied and would use them again.

Excellent. The only hiccup was the crew showed up 2 days prior to the scheduled date. It worked out for me that day so work was completed early and all seems fine.

IT'S A RED FLAG WHEN THEY MAKES THE MISTAKES AT YOUR EXPENSE.. MY TIME IS ALSO WORTH SOMETHING.

Brandy was the sales rep that came to my house and provided me with an estimate. She was courteous and prompt. The day my job was supposed to start two of their crew called in sick so they had to postpone it for a day. The wall installation crew as very friendly and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. There was a delay by the powder coater for the gates so that ended up pushing the completion of my job back by a few days. Because of the last minute notice on the delay of the job, I had to board my dog an extra day. I asked to deduct that extra day cost of boarding my dog and Pinnacle agreed. All in all i was happy with the work that was done. One side note, be aware that if you choose to pay by credit card they will charge you an additional fee. I did't see that mentioned anywhere on their website and brought that to the attention of their office manager.

Crew showed up on time. Did a great job. Cleaned up area at end. Worked with us to use decorative block on top row that we already had. Very professional.

The timing and price of the gate installation was pretty consistent no matter which provider I chose (with the exception of some places whose pricing was astronomical). The reason I ended up choosing Pinnacle was because the lady who came out and did the quote was very pleasant and professional. There were a few issues with the installation, though, that I wouldn't have anticipated. When the laborers removed my old fencing, they left large, shattered remnants of the wood frame, nuts, bolts and hinges throughout my backyard. Fortunately I do not have children, but if I had, this definitely would have been a hazard. Even without the danger of injury, one of those bolts or hinges could have easily ruined my lawn mower blades. Ultimately, though, I was mostly just disappointed that I had to clean up after the crew once they left. There was also an issue with them nearly making a mistake on the order. I ordered the side gate with a spring on it so that it closed on its own. This was completely overlooked during the install and would have been omitted completely if I hadn't done a final inspection of the work prior to their leaving. The only other thing that I found disappointing was the way that I had to pay. My only payment options were to either pay a significant fee to use a credit/debit card over the phone or mail a check and wait for it to get there and clear before they would schedule the work. This required finding a bunch of things that I haven't used in a very long time; my checkbook, stamps, envelopes, and a mailbox to drop the letter off at. Definitely not the most convenient payment process and not what I would expect for 2015. Despite those problems, which really weren't all that significant, I am pleased with the gates I received. They swing easy, are nice a level, and look great. So, that's what's really important.

They did a great job of removing and hauling off the old fencing material. They installed the new fences in two days and did a great job. They even custom built a gate for me to my specifications. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

The initial quote was well priced and timely. They were very quick in coming out for the estimate. Very professional and friendly. Additional storm damage after the estimate meant that the scope of work changed, it was difficult to get through to requote, communication wasn't great. Because of the change of quote, we had a lot of questions and it was really hard to get answers from the company. It also took a long time to schedule the work. Overall their communication and customer service could have been better. Once they came out to do the work, they did a great job. The fence is working out great. I just wish they had communicated better.

Brandy and Jon Lindstrom are wonderful to work with. Jon came out promptly in June 2014 and gave us an estimate. Brandy was absolutely the best communicator via email and even sent me photos of our project (we are Midwestern snowbirds). Although we had a delay caused by a permit problem, the fence turned out beautiful, the gates are perfect, and the electric column lights look gorgeous at night. Jon met with my husband in November 2015 and Jon fixed some minor issues. When I finally visited in January 2015, I was thrilled by how lovely the fence looks, how well it matches our neighbors where our fence meets theirs on one side, and how it has enhanced our backyard and golf course view. I am still in awe that Brandy and Jon built exactly the fence we wanted without even meeting them in person! They are hardworking, honest contractors. The whole "long distance" experience was delightful!! If you are as good a customer as Brandy and Jon are contractors, then you will have a good relationship and an outstanding fence project if you choose Pinnacle Fencing Solutions.

They were easy to communicate and schedule with, clear about their pricing (no hidden costs), and the job went very well. The workers were punctual, professional, thorough, and skilled. After they moved the gate, they realized that (due to the inconsistencies in the exterior wall - no fault of theirs) the gate did not function (open, close, latch) as well as it did before. They took it upon themselves to cut and re-sodder a section of the wrought iron bars to fix this issue - and at no extra cost. They even offered to repaint the gate and exterior walls to camouflage the new iron work and the previous gate location (but we didn't have the right paint colors so they couldn't). This would have been at no extra cost also. We would definitely use them for future jobs.

They are going to come on November 24th and finishing on the 25th. When he came out, it was a free estimate. He was wonderful. He was incredibly professional. When I called, he came out right away. He did not ignore my phone calls and his price was incredible for the work that I am going to have done because I had other people come out. I know I am going to be very satisfied with his work.

They took a long time to even come out for a quote and I was given one day and time frame in a two week period that they could come, so I rearranged my schedule to make it work! Which is why it's so frustrating that they never gave me my quote. Now I'm still looking for someone to replace my fencing.

It started well but they never gave me a quote. I'm OK with this since I found someone else to do the work that I really ended up liking. Still though, a follow up call or email would have been nice and would have allowed me to budget my project time better.

This is the second time I have use Pinnacle and once again I am more than pleased with all aspects of the projects. The team was on time every day showing up when they said and they were accommodating to my schedule. When they were done the area was cleaned up and I could not even tell they were there, except for the great new fence. The install crew were great! Very friendly and just all around great guys, above all their craftsmanship is excellent. Even though I am sure I could have found someone to install a fence for less money I would not have got the same value. The "other" guys sacrifice quality to be the cheapest and that is not what I want. I truly feel I got more than I paid for! Thank you once again Pinnacle Fencing Solutions! Next project is a 16 foot rolling gate that I am excited to have done.

He came by and gave me an estimate that was very competitive. I went with them and they came out and had the work completed in 2 days. They had to cut down into the existing sidewalk to get a good footing for the new block. Made sure the gate was securely anchored. Cleaned up debris and made sure the gate locking mechanism lined up and opened and closed smoothly. Was very happy with the work performed.

They arrived on time and were very professional they made sure everything worked properly. The gates look terrific and the quality was high. Worth every penny.

First impressions was fantastic. Very timely and professional. Price was competitive, not the lowest, but not the highest either. We had an issue with email (my side) that hindered communications with Brandy, however, she switched to a different email to help me out. Brandy was very accommodating to my chaotic schedule to complete the fence install. We did have a hiccup with the first gate install, however, Brandy handled immediately. The final gate has been installed for almost 3 weeks no without an issue at all. Looks great. not issue with structure given the strong winds we have had recently.

Badly. The w.i. fence was mis-measured and two feet short. the "crew"- looks like they came direct from "home depot." They had to take it back to re make. When they showed up to install, they did not cover around where they spray painted, and the green spray went all over my metal barbeque. It had to be taken for refinishing. The driveway gate also was a problem. "The boss never told us it was aluminum." So they had to return with the correct tools later that week. Then they painted only the new brackets and had to return to paint the gate which was what was on the order.
