I wish I could say that everything went great, and that the customer service I received was excellent - but honestly that just was not the case. After the initial visit to give an estimate, the communication from Jon was extremely poor, or non-existent. I gave him several chances to make it right, but every time he either didn't get back to me, or if he did he apologized by saying he was sick. Which is fine and understandable, but when he (in theory) wasn't sick the communication was still quite poor. Obviously Pinnacle has tons of great reviews here - sadly I can't add another one.

The two installers were very polite and the work was high quality and completed in a timely manner.

Block wall looks great and gates look even better. Gate fits tight so I don't know how much adjustment I will have if it ever needs adjustment.

What a nice guy. I received a packaged quotation from a Tennis Court installer that included vinyl coated chain link fence (not from Pinnacle). I thought it was a high bid, and I called Pinnacle and asked for an opinion. I told Jon straight out I only wanted his opinion... there was no work in it for him, and he was as gracious as could be. Very professional and helpful. He walked through it with me and generally supported the validity of the price from the other supplier. A more unscrupulous contractor would have tried to discredit the other bid to get the work. I will definitely return the favor with other fence work when I have the opportunity. Thank you Jon!

Jon arrived on time for the estimate and was very efficient. After correcting a few issues with the quote, we were satisfied and paid our deposit. They were able to schedule us in a very reasonable amount of time. They also successfully dealt with the County for permitting at our request. The free-standing cinder block wall went up blazingly fast--I was really impressed. They trenched and poured the footer on a Friday and laid ALL the block on Saturday. The end result looks really nice. The following weekend they showed up to raise the slump block wall and fill in the gate area. It also looks great. The issues: when we showed up at the house after they had done the cinder block, we immediately noticed that they had notched out a brick along the top row where a tree limb encroached on the area and filled in the space with mortar. It looks awful. This was far from desirable and we told Jon we wanted it fixed. It would have been easy for them to call us to ask what we wanted to do (they had called with other questions) but they didn't. My husband cut the branch off the next day to allow them to replace the brick. A month later, though, the brick is yet to be fixed. I guess I should have withheld final payment until it was addressed but now I'm just hoping they'll keep their word. In addition, our yard has been used as a storage yard for them for more than a month. There are pallets of excess bricks and cement just sitting here. We were beginning to think they weren't coming back for them (cool, extra building materials for us to hoard for future projects!) but today they informed me they'd be picking them up this week (I'm guessing we won't get paid any rent for storing their materials). Here's hoping they fix the brick while they're here to collect their materials.

It went well, however, cleanup was not as good as I expected. You'll have to keep an eye on this aspect if you hire them. And the amount of remaining dirt is unbelievable unless you hire someone to haul it away. The workers were extremely cordial and efficient. I just wish cleanup had been better.

I called and set an appointment for 8:30 am on 8/2 so I could get an estimate. They came out and we went over what needed to be done. I was told that I would have an estimate by the next day or the day after (Thursday or Friday). When I didn't receive an estimate by 8/7, I called to check on the status. I left a voicemail on 8/7 and again 8/9, neither of which were returned. I gave my email and phone number on the voicemails to confirm they had my correct contact info. On 8/10, I called again and finally talked to someone. They said that the person doing my estimate had to have a medical procedure, but they would get back to me as soon as possible. After not hearing back yet again, I gave them one last chance. I spoke to their office on 8/17 and asked if they were going to get me an estimate. I was told that they would, and I would have something by the end of the day. As of today (8/18), I've not heard from them.

What I liked was that I think the company was a little more established. They had a good turnaround time from bid to completion.

They built a fence for me and it was exactly what I wanted. They were polite, kind, professional, and efficient.

They were prompt, professional carted the old fence away and their price was lower than another company I was considering. they got back to my questions quickly and the company representative that came out to measure was very helpful. I had them redo a gate as well . The fence and gate exceeded my expectations .

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. The job was done when I was told it would be done and it was done correctly. My RV gates are very large (almost twice the size of a normal gate) and I am extremely pleased with the work performed. The two installers were very nice guys. I will be hiring Pinnacle to do more fencing for me.

Really well - the estimator was prompt and punctual, the work was performed as promised, clean up and removal of debris was taken care of. I'm very happy with the results.

The first company gave a lot of reasons why it was going to be difficult, and then quoted me an outrageous price. I looked on Angies List and found Pinnacle Fencing. They quoted me a price less than half the original quote, did the work on time, and in less than 3 hours start to finish I have a beautiful RV gate, and my utility trailer is no longer taking up valuable garage space!

The entire experience went smoothly. I primarily worked with Brandy who was very helpful. They came out to provide a quick and accurate quote and gave me multiple options. Once we approved an estimate the ball got rolling quickly. Our property doesn't have an alley and we share a wall with our neighbor so I asked if they could put up temporary fencing between our properties we both have dogs and they were able to help us out with that. During the construction, we adjusted a bit of the layout based on the property line and Pinnacle adjusted the quote in our favor without a problem. The construction was done in 3 days like they said it would be and it looked beautiful once it was done. We're currently using them for another fencing project and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

From start to finish everything with Pinnacle was excellent. From the puntual on site estimate, to the courteous workers and solid workmanship. Plus they had the best pricing of any of our estimates. Highly recommend

They were very good. That they did the job right, if there was an issue they took care of it.

Everything went great and Jon's team did a awesome job! The new block posts on my fence look great and his team even repaired some cracking on my block wall while they were there...and I didn't even ask! About a week and a half after the block wall and concrete was finished they had the fence made and the second team came out for the install. They also did a great job and only had to come back the next morning to install an addition 3-4' of v-track as they were a little short. The only thing I would comment that needs improvement is communication. Sometimes it could be a little difficult to get ahold of the team, but I wouldn't not hire them because of it. I love the finished product and will be calling Jon again when I am ready to put in a new gate on the other side of my home.

The owner never mentioned he was going to subcontract the whole job to a Mexican gentleman who would be showing up on his own to do the work without the owner's intervention (coordinating, scheduling, assisting, supervising, or helping to translate). Thank goodness I speak some Spanish, so we were only *kind of* lost when trying to communicate. The gentleman did a great job on the wall, but I would have preferred to cut out the middleman and deal with him directly. The other issue I have is that the owner measured my wall before we agreed on a price. Then when he returned to collect the payment, he apparently realized his previous measurements were incorrect and charged me about $300 extra.

The original invoice did not have the fence color noted. I asked to see sample in order to choose the color. They chose the color and ordered the fence without me knowing. For delivery they entered my backyard without my permission or knowledge. We received no call, email, text to let us know it had been delivered. Product was not what we ordered. The color was not my choosing. The bolts were not attached to the fence so instead of having them powder coated the same color as metal they were a different color and Pinnacle provided a can of spray paint. Our contract did not include installation. When we called about the bolts we were screamed at. We were told they did us a favor and don't usually write contracts without installation. Over 20 calls went unreturned. We were able to speak with Jon and twice tried to schedule a time for them to now install the gate. Both times we were told that they would call back with a time and we heard nothing. The gate was the wrong color. The bolts were not attached prior to powder coat. It is unheard of to do it this way. The post was not attached to the gate, as it should have been. There were not even holes next to the deadbolt and handle so without cutting the fence on site there was no way to put the lock on or lock the gate. They were angry that they "did us a favor by not installing the gate" since it's not their normal practice. At no point were we told that until we called to ask questions about the gate. Because of their anger we were provided a gate that was not made correctly at every stage of production. This is most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.

My experience with Pinnacle Fencing Solutions was great from the very start. Unlike several other contractors who I reached out to, they responded quickly and professionally. I had an estimator at my house a few days later and a quote in hand that same day. Once I decided to move forward, they were able to schedule me for a few weeks out. From start to finish, less than three week turn around time! What I appreciated most was the level of professionalism. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a masonry-related project.

Oscar and his longtime crew have it down. They arrived early on a Monday to remove a chain-link fence on one side of the yard and a wooden fence on another. By the end of the day, the foundation for the two block walls was poured. On Tuesday, the crew had about 150 feet of wall constructed. By midday Wednesday, they'd hung the gate and disposed of the old chain-link and wooden fences and cleaned up the yard. Oscar was great to deal with, very friendly and a fast worker. The Pinnacle office crew was easy to deal with, as well. Highly recommended.

When I called we agreed on a day and time for the estimate. Brandy came out, surveyed everything and made measurements. She told me she would e mail the estimate to me that day. I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. They wanted a down payment of half the total price so I mailed them a check. Date and time for the installation was agreed on. Their crew (led by a guy named Mario) showed up when they said they would be there. (to me that's VERY important) They got to work right away and had the job finished in about 3 hours. They were friendly, polite and professional. My gates look beautiful. They open and close easily and they are solid. They hauled away my old gates and cleaned up when they were done. It was a good experience with no surprises. If I move and need new gates I would call them. My gates will no doubt out live me but if I live to be 100 I may need to call them again. I would definitely recommend this company.
