Started and completed in two days. Minor problem with automatic gate closer was taken care of within one day of my bringing it to their attention after job was completed.

I contacted several fence or gate companies for estimates. Pinnacle provided a competitive bid and was easy to work with. During the replacement of the gate the column that supported the left side fell down because it was originally built incorrectly. It was late in the day but Pinnacle called a crew back to to erect a temporary fence. Jon provided an estimate to replace the block wall on each side of the gate opening via telephone and it was reasonable. Jon squeezed the work into the schedule and we had the block wall and gate in within a week. The crews were great, the work was great.

e an estimate for this job back in March and honored it when I called to schedule the work in October. He called the day prior to confirm that a tree removal was done and advised when his team would arrive. A humongous tree had been removed the previous day and the Pinnacle crew worked around the stump grinder. I had intentionally scheduled the fence crew to be there before the stump grinder left to ensure that it was sufficiently below ground to meet the fence construction needs. Oscar, who supervised the Pinnacle team, ensured that was the case and suffice to say, I was glad that was addressed or it might have required the tree folks to return. Oscar and his crew showed up on schedule and made every effort to get the ground ready for the wall installation the following day which would limit the time when there would be no fence at all to contain my dogs. This was not a simple installation as the neighbor behind was less than cooperative and had his own, poorly constructed and weathered 5-foot tall wood fence behind mine which also had to be removed. Originally, every effort was made to preserve and leave the neighbor's fence intact at his request, however, he suddenly appeared and decided to let it go, at my expense. There were lots of old fence posts, a couple embedded in concrete, that had to be removed as well. Overall the project went off on schedule, the wall looks great, everyone was courteous, professional and accommodating. Clean up was excellent and there was plenty of it as an approximately 35ft flatbed truck was filled to the top of the cab with what had to be hauled off. Pinnacle honored an Angie's list coupon which shaved $100.00 off the total cost. A definite thumbs up on all counts.

I found Pinnacle Fencing Solutions on Angie's list and selected them for their great reviews. I called and spoke with Jon, and he gave me an estimate to install a gate in my existing block wall over the phone. I immediately accepted the quote, scheduled the work, and Jon emailed me the quote to sign and return. So far, so good. I emailed John the day before the installation to confirm the appointment and was told the installers would be there between 5:30 and 6 am. I got up early the day of the appointment, and had my coffee out front, so the installers wouldn't wake the kids early by ringing the door bell. No one came. I sent another email asking if there was some confusion, and John and his crew showed up between 7 and 7:30 am. He apologized and said that a lot had gone wrong this morning. We've all had those mornings, so I wasn't too bothered about that. His installers made quick work of cutting the opening in the block wall and installing to columns to which to attach the gate. I saw the truck pulling out of the driveway, so I went outside to see how it looked, only to find one of the guys (not Oscar, the other one) peeing in a corner next to my house. This irked me a bit, since they were getting ready to leave, and easily could have stopped somewhere to use the bathroom if they didn't want to use mine. Still the work looked great! I was told the guys would come back the following day to install the gate, after letting the columns dry. The next day, I had to run an errand, so I emailed Jon to see when his guys would be there. He told me they'd be there around noon. I went to visit a dying relative, and hurried home to be here by noon. No one showed. I sent an email in the afternoon, but got no response. I emailed again that evening to say I was disappointed at the lack of responsiveness, and explained I had now sat around the house twice waiting for the installers. Still no response. The next morning, I was running errands and sent Jon another email asking if I should get someone else to do the work. I arrived home before I got a response and realized the installer was there. The installer explained that he was going to come the previous day, but it got late so he went home. I was a bit torqued, because I felt like they could have at least let me know that, so I wasn't spending my day off sitting around the house waiting for them to come. Jon did finally respond to my email to let me know the installer was coming out and to apologize for the lack of responsiveness. The installer did a great job installing the gate and it looks awesome.

Jon was very professional and friendly. He was happy to give me several different estimate options, such as a wood fence or block wall, each with and without a small gate. I would have selected Pinnacle but they couldn't start for two weeks and my needs were time sensitive - there was no repairing the old fence and my (very large) dog kept trying to escape through the gaps. I will definitely consider Pinnacle in the future.

After receiving the estimate, I had a coupe of questions that were answered right away via email along with photos as illustrations. The crew was professional; they finished the job in two days and left the area clear of any debris. Good job, nice people to work with.

They?ve provided me with excellent service. I left a message when I first called, and the person that was going to give me the estimates called me back within a few hours. She came out, gave me an estimate, showed pictures of what the cedar fence was going to look like and explained the process. That afternoon, she came back with a written estimate. Their crew was excellent; they worked hard and were polite. They even pulled the permit for me so I didn't have to and made sure everything was done properly. Some of the work was a little tricky but they were able to work through that. The new fence looks fantastic. I asked them to put a temporary chain link fence up since I didn?t want the yard to be open, which they did. Their prices were very reasonable, the service was excellent, and the people were wonderful to deal with. I?m so happy with their services and I would highly recommend them to others.

They were on time and very professional. The quote was reasonable. Block wall fences are typical in Arizona and stand about 6 feet tall. I haven?t proceeded with the work but I will probably select them.

Jon was nice and seemed professional however he never sent the estimate we discussed. I followed up with a phone call which was not returned. I found another company to complete work.

They were contacted on Friday (04/16/10) to obtain a bid on the work required. Rob gave me a bid over the phone of approx $700.00 for material and labor. The bid he e-mailed me was the same, as was the final billing at the completion of the job. No bait & switch. The job was finished on time and looked really good. I'd have no problem rehiring or recommending them for another block job.

They came out for the estimate on time and they did the work well. They had to reschedule slightly and they let me know ahead of time as best they could. They were thinking it was a 2 day project and they had to wait until the second day to start. They even used extra people on the job so that they could get it done on time.

They were extremely pleasant to deal with and very responsive. The job was completed very quickly, and the work was done well. Everything about the experience was easy.

They were very efficent and came on time. The approximate cost listed is for half of the job, my neighbor paid for the other half.
