I was a little worried at frist. My neighbor had another company put up 2 walls. I could see several mistakes in the wall. I ask the other company what they would charge. Wow way higher than I could have afford. And after they finish what a mess. I call Pinnecale Fencing what a differance the cost was great, and my fence out shined my neighbors fence. He was so impressed he had them give him a price on the rest of his wall. He could not believe the cost. When he gets back into town, he is going to use Pinnecale Fencing. Brandy was so professional, you were great, so were your guys. They are a family own business, which I love. I would highly recomend Pinnecale fencing. I seen a negative comment about how they were un-professional ect. Who ever it was, needed to see my neighbors fence and deal with those losers. If you dont get them to build your fence it is your lost. :)

The original contact called 45 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time and asked if he could reschedule the appointment that I had set the week prior. When I told him that would not be possible he said he would have another rep come by. Brandy arrived at my residence shortly there after and was very cordial, however I was put off by the fact that she was wearing flip flops to an appointment of a potential client. I'm fine with a casual appearance but at least make a little effort. Additionally, I never received the estimate. No email (I've checked spam folder) and no phone call. I can't help but think that this is indicative of how they do business. Sadly, it appears that this company lacks even a modicum of professionalism.

Pinnacle was prompt, coureous, and professional. The bid was detailed and broken out for the three neighbors. There was an inaccuracy in the drawing, and the cost of the gates were not broken out. It took several attempts to get all of the information, and the quote on the gates changed from one time to the next. While these issues were inconvenient, they were not more so than the several other contractors from whom we got bids. They did lower the rating from an "A" to a "B". The price was good but not the best we received - about in the middle of the range. We elected to go with a lower bid.

They were prompt, professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them. I would use them again without hesitation.

Jon Lindstrom was the owner. I was very happy. For years it looked terrible and now it looks nice. They were all on time. They came when they said they would. Jon came out and checked the work. It was very nice. The price was good with them.

Our neighbor to the west contacted us to see if we wanted to go half on replacing 2 panels of cinder block fence that had deteriorated over the years...We then contacted our neighbor to the north to see if he wanted to co-fund 2 panels on that side...Everyone agreed to get their own estimate and we would compare rates...I had picked Pinnacle Fencing from Angie's List because they had a high rating...Brandy (one of the owners of Pinnacle Fencing) contacted me and came over and gave me an estimate...After reviewing all estimates, we all agreed on Pinnacle...Brandy was professional and gracious (having to deal with 3 different homeowners) and Oscar (the foreman) and his crew were prompt, hard-working and friendly...I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others...

It is a beautiful gate, they use composite instead of woods. He told me where I could see it and choose a color which was at Lowe's. They did a fantastic job. It was a side gate to our yard. They were very responsive and had a professional manner. They were very patient. He is just a very nice guy and very professional. You know if someone is proud of what they are doing the service is going to be great. I am very pleased with the gate for the price I got it for.

Outstanding. Jon is easy to work with, returns calls and answers questions promptly unlike the other contractors I contacted for bids. His crew is hardworking and skilled. The foreman, Oscar, is responsible and easy to work with. Overall, a great experience and I would hire them again in the future.

This company did an excellent job raising the height of an existing fence from 4 1/2 feet to 6 feet. I also extended the fence forward and had them install an RV gate. There was a 2 day delay, due to several days of rain, but the company kept me informed prior to delay. They arrived on time and completed the project as discussed. Oscar, the manager for the project, went above and beyond, to get the fence completed on the day I needed it done. I paid exactly what was quoted, no extras. I would recommend Pinnacle Fencing Solutions to anyone who has fencing needs.

The Pinnacle Fencing crew arrived on time with all the necessary job materials. They reviewed the job with me and asked for my feedback for any changes I required. They completed the job in about 3.5 hours, cleaned up the site and hauled away all old gate materials, per agreement. The crew performed a great, quality service and the end result looks and operates great. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend their services to others.

Jon is amazing. He makes it easy to work with him, came all the way to Casa Grande to give my neighbor and myself estimates, and was very, very patient explaining types of fences to us, without pushing any specific type and overseeing the work done by his crew. His team was very professional during the installation and they did a superb job! I would highly recommend Pinnacle Fencing Solutions to anyone installing fences. The Pinnacle Fencing Solutions crew arrived on time, discussed with me the removal and installation procedure and went about their work. The jobs took about three and one half hours to complete and they cleaned up the site when done. The fencing and gates are sturdy, look great and I am completly satisfied and would highly recommend their service. They also honored the Angie's List job discount, which made the job cost an even better deal.

They had no problem accommodating my requests and they were fast, on time and courteous.

The owner John gave me an estimate and they installed the fence a week later.The fence looks great and I am happy.The only minor issue I had was they said they would install the fence on Friday, but did not show.Then they showed up Monday morning to my surprise.A phone call would have been nice. ;-)

We contacted a few fence companies on Angies List and other sites. We ended up getting 3 quotes. Brandy from pinnacle fence showed up on time and we showed her the pool and what type of fence we wanted. Brandy measured the area, talked to us about our options and provided us with a quote within 24 hours. The other quotes we received were all within the same ballpark, but we felt that Pinnacle was more professional than the others. We were told the fence is all made in house as we stressed we did not want it to look like something we bought at Home Depot. Brandy assured me that all is made specifically for needs which it is. She sent a few pictures during the process and kept us up to date on everything from start to finish. The original time frame which we agreed on was about 2-3 weeks after we agreed on the design, but it ended up being much sooner which was a great bonus for us as we were excited to move into to our new home. They started installing the fence which took 2 days and we checked on them periodically. The installers were extremely polite and professional and needed zero guidance from us as everything we talked to Brandy about originally was all setup. When the fence was done, we could not believe how wonderful it looked and how great Pinnacle treated us and how well the product quality is. We highly recommend Pinnacle and we plan to use them again for more projects.

Badly--they never did the work we agreed that they would do (see above).

Jon, Brandy (owners) and their fence foreman were each responsive and professional. Jon designed a wonderful iron/powder coated driveway gate to match my front security door. Brandy worked around my schedule and estimated the job on a Saturday. The price was fair. I highly recommend this company.

I met with Jon, who was friendly, honest and professional. He provided a layout and pricing upon the initial inspection and within a day or so I called to hire Pinnacle Fencing for the job. The crew showed up and poured the footer for the fence according to the drawing. After the crew was finished for the day, I noticed that the foundation for the fence was not where I had intended it to be. (This was actually my mistake as I had signed off on the work without noticing that the area was not drawn as I had intended it). I called Jon right away and he indicated that they would fix it tomorrow. The crew showed up the next day, fixed the footer and layed the block. Nice work and super nice crew with an english speaking foreman named Oscar who was particularly friendly and informative. A different crew installed the wrought iron gate with cedar inserts. They arrived one day later than anticipated but this was not an issue for us. Again, workmanship was great. They only installed one drop bar on one side of the RV gate (14" gate). I called to request a drop bar for the other side of the gate and the crew was out the very next day to add one. All around, this was a job well done - would highly recommend Pinnacle Fencing!

I was very impressed with the professionalism when making the initial contract - specified sizes of frame, top, and even gauge of wire involved. So was dismayed when I had to call on the day they were supposed to set it up to find that the installation had been delayed by a day (and I hadn't been called about it). When they DID show up the next day- they did an absolutely GORGEOUS job on the enclosure- spot-welding the frame and taking extra time to completely seal the top. Rock solid- and perfect!

John provided me a quote for the work and it was reasonable. He scheduled the work and was completed on time and within budget. They were very friendly and did good quality work. I would use them again in the future.

I spent $1400 on their services. They were here on time and they did the work as expected. Their workmen were courteous and friendly. I had some specific issues because of some irrigation and drainage lines and they took those into account. When there was any kind of issue, they talked to me first before they did something. There are a lot of companies that do whatever they want and whenever they want, and especially if they are specialists. I will use their services again in the future if I have any more fences to be done.

They were on time, did the work ahead of schedule, did great work and for less than 1/2 of another company estimate. And even with the low estimate, honored Angies list coupon to lower even further. They took the old gate apart, cut and welded parts to make a new pedestrian gate and short panel to close off pool equipment and propane tanks. The work was excellent and you can't tell that its not a new gate. If I had work to do on walls, gates or fencing, they would be the first I would call.

Perfect job! I was able to take pictures of the proposed project and email them for an estimate. That saved time. I am very pleased with the job.
