Overall, it went well. I do however think it was a bit expensive. This was his first job on the water. He did have to lay in the water to install the screening, so that may explain the cost. I don't know. Jeff is quite pleasant, though not as knowledgeable about pigeons as I would like. By this I mean, the length of incubation of their eggs, the length of time in the nest for baby pigeons, etc. But since most people do not like pigeons I am sure most of his clients don't care about this. But I am nuts about animals, so I can't expect everyone to be as knowledgeable or caring of them. We had to delay part of the installation to wait for two young birds to leave the nest. Jeff accommodated me by delaying the balance of the work about 2 1/2 weeks. I appreciated this. The screening he installed below our deck has been effective in getting rid of the pigeons.

The pigeons came back and found a way to get around the wire.

I was a little concerned when I first saw the wire, but it did fade in and is not noticable. He did everything on list plus painted a little extra where wire covered. I have had no more problems with the pigeons so far. He was not the cheapest that bid, or the most expensive, but I like his solutions best.

When Jeff showed me the pictures of what was up on my roof, I was shocked at how much stuff had accumulated there! He powerwashed away all of the nests, droppings, feathers and debris left by pigeons that were using my roof for their home for a few months. It took him almost an hour to get the roof clean. Then he attached wiring to block the areas where they had been nesting and a sticky gel in other areas where they were landing and walking around. Then he cleaned up and disposed of all of what came down off of the roof. It took him almost four hours to complete his work, after which he showed me pictures of what he had done. He told me that pigeons would still try to come back, but that they would eventually find another place to roost since he had blocked off their nesting places. For 3 or 4 days, just as Jeff had predicted, a few did land on my roof, but now they've given up and gone elsewhere. I'm very satisfied with Jeff and his work and I'm happy to reccommend him.

We have had Jeff out twice for pigeon and woodpecker problems. Both times he did a great job and our neighbor even used him after he saw the work he had done on our house. The pigeon stakes he uses are hardly noticeable, and we also had him fence off pigeon nesting areas and several areas of our home that a woodpecker was fond of. He does a great job and priced reasonably.

Jeff came out for an estimate within hours of my initial call; taking pictures and setting a service date immediately after a fair price was quoted. The job was fairly large, and 2 service dates were established. The first date was within 24-48 hours of the estimate call. The second date was within 24 hours of the first service date and fell on a Sunday. Jeff was extremely flexible in service timelines, prompt and courteous - and very thorough in explaining available solutions, materials needed and bird behaviors. After receiving another quote from another local vendor (for the same service, Jeff's fees were nearly 35% lower. Clearly an expert in his field, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for pigeon/bird removal.

Pigeons colonizing roof top solar panel installation is a awful nasty problem. Jeff performed the clean-up and the prevention steps in a prompt fashion at reasonable price. Pigeons tend to persist in returning to where they were born. With the enclosures and netting, we think they have been discouraged from coming back. Without shelter, predators and then the summer temps will make the roof untenable. Thanks Jeff.

We were noticing attic insulation and bird droppings on the west side of our house and my son was hearing bird activity in the attic from his nearby second floor bedroom. I had this service completed approximately 10 months ago and felt this would be a great time to offer a long-term results type of review. The technician who came onsite was polite, professional, thorough, and did a very nice job installing the caging and spikes. I was told when given the estimate that if the pigeons did not leave in 2-3 weeks that there was a chance they may never leave, that I should then consider having a trap set out and plan to have the birds captured and euthanized. The thought of birds being trapped in a metal cage in 90+ degree heat just a few feet above my head for up to a week was unsettling to say the least. So I chose to wait on the decision to have them trapped and see if they'd move away on their own, and in the end I am very glad I did. At first the pair of pigeons who called my roof home continued to remain on my roof daily, pulling at the wire caging trying to get to where their nests used to be. After about a month or two this started to become less frequent, and by the end of summer I rarely had a pigeon on my roof. It's now been about 10 months and I haven't had an issue with pigeons for months. I am very pleased with the caging and spikes, the quality install and durability against persistent pigeon-pulling and pecking, these items have done a great job at motivating the existing pair to move on and prevent the interest of new pigeons settling in. I recommend Pigeon Pros and their pigeon deterrent services and would gladly use them again for a new pigeon issue.

So far, so good. Pigeons found a new home somewhere else. Thus far, we have been virtually pigeon free. Great work and service thus far!

Jeff came out and gave me a detailed quotation for the work I needed and ordered the parts. When they came in he installed the spikes for the ledges the pigeons liked to sit on and made wire boxes to prevent them from accessing the girders on the side of the balcony, he then cleaned the balcony. Jeff is knowledgeable, punctual and gets the job done, I would use him again and would recommend his services to others.

He was really good. There was an additional charge to the $149 big deal that I purchased because there was additional stuff that I needed. I think that was another $200. He was easy to work with and he also fixed a couple of tiles on the roof that were loose. So, that was nice. The pigeons have not come back to the area that he fixed.

Our house has been the home to pigeons for more than 12 years. As time passed the bird population expanded to 10 to 15 birds of a few generations and they sometimes brought their friends! We were looking for a non-leathal way to start reducing our bird population. Jeff of Pigeon Pros was clear at the beginning of his work estimate that it might take a while to get the birds to seek another home on their own. He started by throughly cleaning the accumulated bird debris from the roof and from a roof overhang that formed a perfect bird house. He finished by installing bird spikes and covering two nesting areas. He also suggested making the remaining birds feel unwelcome day or night with high-pressure water squirts on occasion. The work performed took about 3.5 hours and he was complete enough to throughly clean his work area and place back two roof tiles that had worked loose from his activity.

I purchased a " deal" thru Angie's list. The company called me a few hrs later and arranged to come out the next morning. He was pleasant, on time and professional. In addition to using heavy screen to close off access to the many areas , he cleaned up the mess the birds had made on my walkways. What a pleasure to not have the bird mess anymore

Jeff was very professional and very neat (considering the job) in his work. He did exactly what he was supposed to do, and I am very pleased with the results.

Jeff was a friendly man who has the business. He came out as requested; surprisingly on a Sunday. He came back a week later and did the additional work as he said he would do. The product he put up looks fine to deter pigeons. He power washed the area as well which was part of the original Angie's deal. He was here for at least 2 hrs. or more.

Jeff came out and looked at a pigeon problem we were having -we did not occupy the house yet and were not home when he came over. We had one area that a pigeon was living and making a mess. Jeff looked at all the areas that pigeons could roost and gave us his recommendations for blocking those access points as well. We had him just block off the area where our current problem was but will call him back to fix the others when and if they become a problem. He did the work when we were not there but called me to let me know it had been done. The work was great and he also did a great job cleaning up the existing mess left by the pigeon. Great customer service - always kept me informed of what he was doing.
