Description of Work: Jeff came out the same day as my phone call to assess the situation. He took pictures on the roof and explained the problem very well. He returned the next day to do the work. I appreciated his quick response and professionalism. He seemed to know his trade well, was polite and helpful. He included an Angies List discount without my having to ask. |I was unable to assess the quality of his work, as I haven't seen it yet since he did the work after I left the house for a few weeks.

Description of Work: He came when he said he would. On inspection he found that we have doves on our property, not pigeons. He was knowledgable and professionable.

Description of Work: Jeff came out as promised and took a look at our property. My request was to treat pigeons and Jeff saw that we have doves nesting around our property, not pigeons. He offered a remedy for our spa area which has a perch for birds who make a mess. Otherwise, his services were not required. My opinion is that he is knowledgable and reliable and I would hire him to exterminate pigeons if we had them.

Description of Work: Showed up on time, gave an excellent description of the services needed with pictures of the crap on the roof and explained what he would be doing. There was a LOT of poop, eggs and a dead bird so cleaning off the roof took a while. He washed everything off the roof and off the walkway He asked what we did with it when we cleaned the roof, told him we shoveled it into trash bags and threw it in dumpster. Unfortunately, I had to leave for work before he was done so I paid him, asked him to leave receipt and email pictures of completed work. When I got home No receipt, No pictures, poop lined the walkway on both sides. The only thing I did have was pigeons on the roof. Did not return my phone call. I could see that pigeon wire was placed but don't know if he did it all or applied the sticky stuff he said would keep them off. Pigeon problem was as bad as it was prior to his work. No improvement at all.

Description of Work: Jeff put wire mesh on the inside and outside tops of two patio pillars. He contoured it to the shape of the pillar so it fits well. He gives a lifetime guarantee on the wire mesh, versus the spikes, which is why I chose the mesh. It looks fine also.

Description of Work: Jeff showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He removed all of the bird nests and then placed screen at the ends of the tiles where the birds were coming in. He also placed screen in the soffit areas along the east and west sides of our house. So far -- haven't seen any messes created by the birds -- but if I do I won't hesitate to call Jeff again.. Great Job.

Description of Work: Cleaned pigeon dodo from roof and blocked nesting in the valleys of the front roof. Blocking the solar panels is excessively expensive, so the little buggers are still able to next under the panels. At least my guests don't have to dodge stuff on my front walk! What a relief!

Description of Work: The job was to clean bird poop that had accumulated along the solar system attached to my roof. I found that he had done a much better job than I had expected. He even took additional steps to prevent the massive mess of splatter that would have developed on my property.

Description of Work: I had a very bad problem with pigeons living on the front of my house. I had three other companies try to fix the problem and the pigeons always came back. Jeff came out and I explained the problem to him. He took all of the necessary steps to fix the problem and since he fixed it I have not had anymore problems with pigeons. It is very nice to have someone come out and do the job correctly the first time.
