Communication could be better; I e-mailed after sending a deposit to get an estimate on scheduling, no response. They called the day before they arrived. The appearance of the repair is messy, but as long as the roof doesn't leak, I don't care...still waiting for a heavy rain to see if it holds. Some debris fell into the bath exhaust fan, and after calling to have someone come out, no one called back, so I ended up taking care of the problem myself. Cleaning 4 inside skylight lenses was another job I was not thrilled to have to do myself. Overall, the repair was expensive, and I should have considered another company.

We had a roof leak and they came out and got it rain proofed before an imminent storm. They came when they promised and got the job done on time. Cleaned up after themselves. I'm very satisfied.

They provided a competitive quote and warranty, but I went a different direction with the property.

WE HAD A BIG STORM ON A SATURDAY. WE CALLED ON SUNDAY. HE WAS PROMPT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVE. DID GOOD WORK BUT HAD TO RETURN NEXT DAY BECAUSE HE MISSED ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE.

Devin arrived for the estimate appointment on time. His quote for the roof repair was inline and quite reasonable. He arrived each day to repair the roof, again on time and completed the roof per his estimate. Devin was cordial and took the time to answer all of our questions. The work was professionally done and completed on time. We are completely satisfied with the work Mikku provided and will hire them in the future to coat our roof.

I was having a problem with a wet ceiling inside and they were the first company to call me back. Mike was able to repair it the same day and they followed up the next day to see if there were any other problems with the roof as the forecast was for more rain. Since the roof was leaking in more than one spot I am also having them give me an estimate to replace the entire roof.

The job was to replace several cracked roof tiles. Devin was a model of professionalism.He arrived at the scheduled time,with replacement tiles loaded on his truck. His estimate was 40% BELOW the next best estimate. His work demonstrated a mastery of the technical skills required to achieve a superior outcome. When the time comes,I shall definitely hire Devin to recoat the foam part of my roof,as well as replace the underlayment on the tile portion of my roof. Overall rating is 5 PLUS,PLUS.

We are very impressed with Mikku and Sons Roofing. I had talked to a few roofers before deciding to use Mikku and Sons. I think Joshua was the Son that comes out and evaluates the project. I wanted to put a reflective barer. He was the only roofer I talked to that seemed to understand what I was looking for. I asked him for suggestions to making our roof more energy efficient. He had several ideas and he itemized the estimate. In the end I wanted all the up grades and they still were lower than the other estimate. The work was very well done.

His estimate was accurate, and he was able to take care of some other loose tiles on the roof that I was not aware of. I would highly recommend this company and would call them back in the future.

Prompt response, excellent job! Since patching our flat roof, we've only had one rain, but it held up great, so time (and more rain) will tell if it's permanent. So far, so good.
