I had to tell the office several times to use tarps on the ground to catch the remnants from the roofing materials taken off before they complied. Also they charged me for bird stop but they said they do not make it anymore so why put it into the contract, charge for it, and wait for me to tell them about it. They said they would reduce the contract amount accordingly

They started one week BEFORE the estimated start date. How rare is that! Very professional and courteous, cleaned up after the job, and responded quickly to my calls and emails.

Timely estimate provided. Explanation of work to be done given including potential extra work based on deterioration of sheathing. Work performed promptly and sheathing repair was needed. Damage clearly evident. Adjustment on price of final repair was reasonable. Expect this work will fix the roof leak.

Quick response to request for an estimate to replace half of a tile roof. Price and terms were completive. They were slow getting started on the roof due to backlog related to weather. Work was prompt when started. The work was good except a few areas that needed correction.. All of my concerns were addressed and completed in a timely matter. In general, service was good but communication was poor. I do feel that this company has a commitment to old fashion quality service and I would recommend this company.

Devin was very responsive. Showed up on time and did a great job with what I had requested. He even went as far to take down some sunscreens that I needed to have re-screened and I didnt have a ladder that was tall enough to reach them. I would definitely recommend them.

Contacted Devin through Homeadvisor based on the good reviews and they all turned out to be absolutely true. He is a really humble but very professional guy. My job turned out to be slightly bigger than I had originally anticipated but him and his helper took their time in scoping out the work and really did a good job with tremendous amount of detail. After having a section of the roof re done I had a chance to test the work in the recent storm few nights ago and no water leaks coming through. Work very well done - and i am now contacting them again to build a roof on my guest house.
