Mikku & Sons Roofing & Repair not only did amazing work, but they were also were prompt, highly professional, and extremely personable. Like many, I have hired many contractors over the years for various projects around the house. I can easily say that this was one of the best contracting experiences i have had over the years. Looking for a roofer for repair, general maintenance, or a complete overhaul; well I can tell you I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!

Work on communication and scheduling . Were scheduled for Thursday and no show . Called them and rescheduled for Tuesday Told me they saw other spots to watch

Came in with lowest bid for work others tried to do more work than what was required sort of like replacing the engine because of an oil leak. Liked the fact that they came when they said repaired when they said and did what they said. I like honesty and will recommend them to family and friends.

Did a good job on repairing the patio roof. Could have been better with communicating on follow up receipt of signed contract and scheduling repair.

Hired for roof inspection. On time, very thourough and curteous. Explained everything and gave an excellent bid for the work needed.

overall good experience, although after work was performed we needed them to send us an e-mail listing the work that had been completed , we requested this twice and never received it.

He was prompt and did the job he came to do. He did not clean up and left tile on the ground. I did the other side myself a few years ago when I could that sort of work, and it cost me $12.00, this job cost me $500.00!! I would think before hiring them again. By the way, NO one else called about the job, so I was kinda stuck as there was not another choice.

Devin was courteous on the phone and in person, called before coming and was very polite. He inspected the roof, advised me of what was needed, gave me a verbal estimate and after getting my approval proceeded to make the repairs. I'm retired and elderly so I was unable to inspect his work but I feel he could be trusted to do a good job based on how he represented himself and his company.
