Vince is a great and amazing gentleman. After showing Vince the A/C unit, he gave me the clear and specific answers what needed to be fixed. Vince did a well done technical job on my A/C unit. First of all, when I called at 0830, they put me on the schedule for a window of 1000 to 1400, TODAY! Unheard of, especially this time of year! My technician, Vinny, actually arrived five minutes early, again unheard of. I showed him where the units were and he got right to work. He had the coils on both units completely cleaned in one hour. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout his entire visit. Thank you so much for an outstanding job at a very low price (I checked with five other companies and Mechanical Brothers were the lowest). I told Vinny that when I need service in the future, he is my man! 👍😬

Amazing service

Absolutely will be calling again for any AC needs. Appointment was made quick, explained our situation and what we had been told by other companies. Not only was Salty kind and understanding, he worked with us in regards to what he could do for the cost we could afford. Having a very elderly grandmother with health issues sitting in 83 degrees was quickly remedied with much less stress than I was prepared to have to undertake. He offered to continue to assist and let us know when the time comes, and the time will come, to get a new unit, that they will charge half of what we had been quoted previously and he would work with us to make sure everyone is cool and comfortable. Not only would I use Mechanical Brothers again, I am telling anyone and everyone to call for their AC needs as well. Absolutely 10/10.

THEY ARE AMAZING! My AC went out, I initially spoke w/ Nora at this company on a Friday, they sent their tech out to review my ac unit the next day, and their tech, VINCE, came out to fix my AC unit on Tuesday morning. They are the FASTEST, MOST COST EFFECTIVE, RELIABLE and FRIENDLIEST company! I had also spoken to several other AC companies before finding Mechanical Brothers Heating & Cooling; none of them were as fast nor cost effective. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I will be using them only from now on.

My tech was my knight in shining armor. He took the time to explain the issue to me so I could understand. Not only did he arrive promptly but immediately assets the problem corrected it and left me with a cool house. All was done in a timely manner. Fast service and great prices.
