Prompt service on a persistent repair issue. Matt and his assistant did a nice job replacing the coil, they were neat, clean, explained everything they were doing,.....then did it promptly at the agreed price. Also nice to see that the owner, Salty, follows up on their service jobs. More owner should follow this lead and talk to the clients, it makes a difference. Would hire again and recommend as well.

They rescheduled my appointment window without telling me. When I called because the repair man was late, they did send him.

Tech was courteous and professional and answered all of my question. He had a definite understanding of what needed to be done to satisfy an inspection report.

I called before 6AM after not being able to contact my regular HVAC supplier. Service was urgent in part because of the expected high temperature (109˚F) but also because of a failing family member, I was expecting out of town houseguests. The man who answered the phone found time on their schedule and set up the appointment, which was confirmed later in the morning by the scheduler. The repairman showed up 30 minutes early (which was a significant bonus!) and after inspecting the machine - he walked me through photos of the problems - I approved the repairs which he completed promptly. I highly recommend MBHC.

My tenant called advising me that the AC at my rental property was running warm and that the outdoor unit was making strange noises. With it being summer and reaching over 100+ degrees, I did not want to be searching and calling around for getting estimates and have my tenant wait. I decided on Home Advisor and was quickly matched up with Mechanical Brothers through their online system. I cannot say enough good things about the company. Customer service rep was great and confirmed a next day early morning repair at 7.30am. Their A/C pro showed up on time, and contacted me directly to discuss the problem once he assessed the system for faults. Ended up being burnt leads in the service disconnect and failing compressor. Was advised he could have it repaired within the hour but would have to return with parts. As promised, he showed up with new parts and completed the job in a professional manner. Only complaint is the price of the parts. Other than that, highly recommended. Would use again.

This company was the only one to offer to come out on Memorial Day. Our A/C was not working and it was 100 degrees outside. They showed up for a $39 call out fee and added refrigerant to the system (this required the technician to climb up onto the roof) and the system is now working and the condo is cool. We are on day five and it’s still working great! I highly recommend this company! They were prompt, courteous and professional!

Had a sticky contact switch. Was hoping to have it cleaned out cheaply. Ended up replacing the switch and 2 other parts per recommendation. The unit works great now. I don't blame the company for selling me the upgrades but the price tag was high, > $600. Would have appreciated a lower cost option recommended. Great work, fast and friendly service.

Serviceman showed up on time for routine service. He diagnosed a problem promptly and specifically showed me what needed to be replaced. He was very informative and quoted the cost of the part. However, I have a career in healthcare, not motors and how things run. I know he replaced a part, but I don't know if what caused needing the replacement was ever fixed. For this uncertainty I gave a low rating.

We asked for a quote online and then decided to book them for the next available time slot which was the next day. Embria called me and said the tech would be Joe and he would call one hour before coming over. Next thing you know we get a call from Embria and she was able to talk to Joe, he is in Buckeye that day and they moved the schedule around to take care of us, because we were close to his location at that time. Joe was here, diagnosed the problem, fixed it in less time than expected, we were a little surprised by the price at first but we have not had any major HVAC work that wasn't under warranty in a long time. We decided to go for a full service contract with them as well. A/C is running great and we are happy.

Set appt, but they called back within the hour and were able to come early. Great work in a very short time!
