Scheduling issues, pest control treatment ineffective after a few days. owner doesn't give a damn. Also I was Over charged, owner non-responsive. Owner wants you to empty cabinets in your entire home for initial treatment; since the first appt was cancelled, I ended up doing it twice. He is just a salesman, listens to your issues, tries to explain their services, how effective they are, etc., but you can tell he is clueless and just a bullshi**er trying to add accounts and get a billing scheme going. He could care less about the customer, service, quality of product. Sorry company and incompetent, lazy owner. Worthless . Now I have to go through the screening process again, and this idiot wasted so much of my time, days and efforts. Requesting refund.

From the first call they were so helpful and informative. I spoke to a couple companies before settling with this one. The people before LLPC seemed like they had no interest and offered "free inspection" which ended up being $75.. these guys are so much more affordable and helpful and actually came an hour early even though the closest technician was 2 hours away from us.

Moved into a new house that had a flea infestation. Lady Liberty Pest Control did a very thorough job of explaining the procedure and how to prepare for the treatment inside and out. I took bids from several companies and Lady Liberty beat them all in price as well as thoroughness of the treatment which also included a free followup in 2 weeks with a second treatment if needed.

Lady Liberty was prompt, thorough, and courteous. Cody and Chris took time to explain each step as they inspected my home. They successfully removed 5 baby raccoons from my wall space, taped the cuts to the drywall, swept the floor and cleaned the counters. Had a phone call from the company last night, checking on my welfare and confirming plans for next and (hopefully!) final visit. Good experience during a stressful raccoon invasion!
