When they say the time they will be there, they are there. Knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain the issues. Mike was top rate and did not charge us after being there 2 hours because he hadn't fixed the problem yet. He even waited for my husband to get there to discuss with someone who understood. Can't recommend Kite Plumbing enough! AAAAA+++++

Hire this guy Mike! I called him after another plumber didn't show and two other plumbers couldn't fix it. Mike not only fixed my pipe blockage but bumped me ahead of other work because it was a water problem. The price was way more than fair. He's honest! You'd be smart to book this guy for your job.

Mike called within a few minutes of my quote request - within a few hours he was onsite and was able to quote and complete the work all at once. Well priced, good work, quick service, and great customer service skills. Would highly recommend.

Do not use firms advertising on tv.They need to inflate cost to cover advertising on tv.Had bad experience.

I must write a review for this company. Not the standard they did great or other fluff like that you always see in reviews. I will not discuss $$$ in this review. I will tell you it was extremely cost effective for what I was being led to believe from other companies. Other Home advisor companies gave me estimates with out doing any preliminary work. Kite Plumbing, specifically Mike; was on time every visit. Did far more up and above what was requested for the job. He was able to diagnose the actual problem and what was the cause without a bogus" I think it's this" from other companies. You may contact me directly if you need a personal referral for any plumbing issue. I will say in closing that Kite Plumbing will get a call from me whenever I have an issue.

Mike was able to come the next day and is personable. Friendly and gave a fair price for the project. Will defintley use Kite Plumbing when we have upcoming projects.

He was quick to respond, same day, very professional, and no fluff (didn't try to up-sale). He got right to it and told us what was going on. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and worth having come over. Very happy with how everything worked out, and I would definitely recommend him to all.

He gave the customer a great price, did an excellent job on the project, followed through in picking up the water heater, cleaned up, and completed the installation quickly and at the initial price quoted. I would strongly recommend him.
