The work was excellent at a reasonable price. The communication with the franchise owner and tile team was also good. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is that they pushed back the date twice and screwed up the timeline in which I was having other work done to my house (painting, countertops, etc.).

Quick service and professional workers. They did a wonderful job on my flooring.

Workers were very pleasant and were great helpers moving things and furniture from each room. Sammy was easy to work with and very helpful in seeing that we got exactly what we wanted. We will walk on it for a year or two to see how it holds up to being worth the money.

Very reliable, they did what they said they would do, showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and quietly and cleaned up after the job. Sammy the owner was very professional and made good on all his promises.

The cuts of the tile are flawless. The installer gave advise on what would look best, and he was right! Outstanding job.

Extraordinary customer service from the first phone call, meeting, execution of the contract, installation, clean-up and presentation of my beautiful floors! The installers were experienced, professional, clean and take pride in their work. I waited 17 years to remove and replace the ugly tile throughout my house. It looks gorgeous!
