work done within time frame quoted. tech was very personable and knowledgeable about work bring done.

Called them to handle some maintenance & repair items in my vacation rental in another state. They responded promptly, set up an appointment between my guests and made payment easy. I gave them 4 or 5 items to get completed within the time frame I paid for. My only complaint is I did not receive any follow up to see if every item was completed or not. Nice to know I have someone I can call if there are any issues since I'm not local.

The tech showed up super fast and took care of the problem quickly and for a fair price. It could not get at better. Very professional.

Fixed locks on 2 patio doors. Answered their phone each time I called, so I talked to a real person instead of an answering machine. Charged exactly what they quoted despite it taking quite awhile due to our problems.

Desert View was fabulous! Dallas was timely, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. And all this for a fair price. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, and you should too.

Everyone was most helpful. They communicated every detail, were punctual and left no mess at the project. John worked very quickly to stay within the quoted amount. I would absolutely recommend Desert View.

Actual work done by Dallas who was very competent. Water damage to wood, as I expected, was worse and Dallas was able to deal with that with good options and good work. Russ, owner, keeps stuff in his head, doesn't keep it straight, can't remember, gets stuff mixed up. Insisted to Dallas that my name was something other than what it is and I was standing right there with Dallas to hear Russ. Estimate was very casual, communication not good between Russ and Dallas, nor with me. Russ finished the work and didn't fix big gouge defect in the new wood. Russ painted it so he saw it, but didn't fill it in. I wasn't there when Russ did his work so I couldn't call his attention to it. I won't call him back to fix.

They're awesome they did beautiful work I'm still using them for another project and they are the best of the best I highly recommend them

The job was urgent and it was done on time and perfectly well. The team was friendly and very efficient. I warmly recommend them and will not hesitate to hire them again :-)
