I waited 10 days before I made this review Because it was not a good experience This is the first time I've hired an HVAC guy With home advisor in Arizona I've had numerous work done with mini HVAC companies in Illinois I called Delta told him I needed a Ecobee thermostat installed they told me the charge was $75 The technician who showed up and never installed an echo be thermostat It took him two hours to diagnose A Bad thermostat wire He didn't have the proper tools available to Run a new thermostat wire However I did And he had only 6 feet of thermostat wire where the job required 15 I felt like my handy neighbor was helping me not a HVAC professional The total bill for this was almost 500 And all he seem to care about was selling a service contract for thousand dollars The quality of work that was performed I would never purchase A service contract And then when he did install the thermostat and 45 minutes after he left it stopped working I called Delta and he was back in the morning However he tried to charge me for the service call I threw a fit If you want poor quality of work high prices this is the outfit for you Very disappointed

The service pro was on time. It worked out well. He responded quickly and was out there doing the work within a day or so.

It ended well but I had to call them several times to get the ball rolling because they did not call me to let me know what was happening. Left me in the dark and did not call when they said they would.

Salesman knew his product was very professional in his presentation. The Trane 4t is top notch and operates very efficiently. Duct cleaning was completed efficiently workers were very skilled and professional... Office manager was combative when she was contacted about a missing gold frame filter we had paid for but not received, issue was subsequently resolved.

Excelledent company to work with. Estimate was done in a timely manner and Jason was knowledgeable with all questions asked. Installation was done professionally, technicians friendly. If I need anything to do with an aircondition systems I will use Delta Air Conditioning again. Highly Recommend.

The price was lower than any other estimates. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. They are also in the BBB! The TRANE is very quiet and very efficient! Thank You Delta AC! 10 stars!

For what its worth DELTA did a quality job of installing two brand new TRANE XR17 ssytems at my house in Chandler . Jason Macias was the person overlooking the project. Very easy and fun to work with. They are TRANE certified people and basically give you what you want. No BS people who will sell you exactly what you require and no add-ons. They were professional in explaining all the factors that go in to purchasing and installing a system. You can get a top of the line expensive system, but its going to work only as good as its installed. Last but not the least, they have some of the best financing options available in the market.

We were very pleased with the customer service and the installers. They answered all our questions and were very professional. The cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.
