Custom Plumbing of Arizona, LLC

I needed my RO system and water softener system replaced, so I called Custom Plumbing. They sent a rep out the same day to inspect and quote the job. What I liked most about this company is that they presented me with options all at a fair price. Very rarely do you see this kind of service from the trades anymore; Custom Plumbing has options to work within ANY budget. They came out, did the install and I needed them to comeback to resolve an issue a few weeks later. These guy are TRUE Professionals! They scheduled the additional service call right away, came out resolved the problem; they stand by their work 100%! Im so pleased with their service, you have a lifelong customer Custom Plumbing! Job was done right, great work, he was clean and did not leave a mess, he took all the old items with him. I sure will use this service again when needed. Brett was the service Teck who worked on the job, we will ask for him on our next job. Brett is an asset to Custom Plumbing.

Someway overpriced on clearing water in Gas Line to outside Grill.($714.99)

Hector was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole 2-day process of unclogging the drain line in my rental house, then scoping it with a camera, and then jetting out all the lines in the house.

They were great. Also put a garbage disposal in.

Was told that I needed to have a pressure reducing valve installed other wise my home warranty would cancel. Charged $1475.00 for a :20 install and parts, the parts upon researching it were $245.00 at Home Depot. They also told me that it has to be done to meet code in our area, upon further research I found that to be a false statement.

Job done right , hired several other plumbers who did not correct the issue but charged me

Very friendly and professional !!

Overall experience was positive, they were able to get a technician out within an hour. Only negative was we were under the assumption it was only a visual inspection and would be given a quote, but the work was done upon arrival. All in all we’re happy and glad the problem was fixed. Only con is the price was a bit higher than we anticipated.

Cameron was amazing! He got the pipe cleared and for a great price. I would absolutely call hem back!!
