Hot water heater installer tech had only 3 weeks of experience with the company which was a little worrisome. Scheduling was poor as 1st appointment was a no-show at requested time. Actual/next appointment was several hours late and tried to cancel on the spot due to another "higher priority" call even though I was ready to have the work done. Extended warranty cost and timeline was not quoted the same as over the phone causing me to skip it. Overall, install went well although water pressure was off for a day before settling.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. On time, neat, efficient, and very helpful explaining things. Also very polite when a neighbor showed up who is a notorious "talker". I will definitely call on this company again when needed. I'm getting a little old to tackle some things myself anymore.

Disappointed at the end, we found the faucet handles were not straight across and we saw in the advertisement. Caught the plumber as he was leaving and he said "that's the way they're supposed to be". He appeared to be in a hurry for the next appointment.

They were late coming to my house, but they just got stuck on the appointment prior to mine, so I understood that. They kept me informed of the progress of his arrival. The technician was great. He was accommodating and professional. The price was excessive, but the work was good.

Bill was very good, though gave us some bad news. Worse leak then we thought. We are waiting for clean up crew to come by.

Justin was very capable, this turned into a long removal reinstall, due to the age of the existing unit. He stuck with it ax did an excellent job. Price was reasonable and beat my other estimates. Overall i'm very,satisfied

Custom plumbing of AZ was awesome! They were great at communicating, prompt and polite. They came in to service our kitchen sink and efficiently fixed it right up - it’s been perfectly working ever since. We will definitely be hiring them for all future plumbing needs!

I was surprised they were able to get me in today though they came later than what was scheduled. They were pricier than I liked for the work that was done. Otherwise, the work was done neatly and proficiently.

Cale came at 9 a.m. and called first. This young man was outstanding. He made every effort to snake the outside intake outlet and then came inside and got under sink where there was another blockage. He was successful. He was (extremely) clean. He cleaned everywhere under the sink with industrial cloths. Whoever reads this review, ask for Cale Harmon. This was under the kitchen sink.
