On time and repairs were completed well.

IT TOOK 3 plumbers and a supervisor and over 300 dollars to find out they couldn't do the job right. Find another plumber. Totally frustrating. They don't unclog drains and replace the pipes. One or the other. Didn't use plumbing tape. Pipes leaked. Pipes had to be redone, then they told us to do it right would be over $1000 . After quoting $325. Job still not done right. Very amateur .

The first guy couldn't get it unclogged. Also made a pretty big mess and left it. But the second guy's got it fixed relatively quick.

Tried to come two days early and didn’t show on the scheduled date and time.

Great overall - down 1/2 a star because one of the faucets hot and cold water handles were installed backwards.

There were no repairs done. The water softner control board was malfunctioning. After a technician looked at it he said he might have solved the problem. After he left the unit is not working just as if he never even did a thing to it.

The cost seemed a bit high but the work was accomplished very professionally by Billy the plumber who was very friendly and courteous. There was a mix up on the schedule such that the work had to be rescheduled for another day, but would recommend them to others.

water heater new install,.20 gallon electric,.1100.00 didn't work,.. no hot water after 6 hours later,.called,.they said wait 24 hours,.it's a 20 gallon heater,.. so i opened the access area behind wall to gain access,.found the t- stat set at 98 degree's,.cool, .turned it up to 135 ,.12 hours later,.still no hot water,.opened every thing back up again,.checked for popped reset switch,.was fine ,.went out side and checked the breaker and it was popped,.never worked after the guy left,. why did he not check voltage and settings before he left? now I have hot water,.thanks to me,.totally dis appointed,.not recommended,..when he left he just said wait an hour and should be hot water,.never happened,..

Came on time gave me a quote to do the work and time of completion. I will use them again.

What I liked: The job was more difficult because removal of the old part proved challenging. But the job was completed successfully. What I didn't like: I was left with a dirty tub and boot prints in the hallway. And then there was the extra time because he had to get a part that he forgot. I will be giving them an opportunity to propose and install a water softener. I thinking my service experience will be improved on the next project.

Custom Plumbing guys have fixed many things in our home. Jerry has come out many times for various reasons, even on his days off. He is extremely nice. This last job was done by a different guy, Tony who is also very competent and friendly. Five stars to this business.

Custom Cooling & Plumbing does a great job. We purchased an new toilet and had it installed by Billy, the owner. He found mold and wetness in the wall so he recommended and called for us Copper State Home Builders for an emergency service. We know he was trying to help but calling a company that does a poor job was not good for us. Custom Cooling & Plumbing of Arizona, themselves, is very professional. Tony was very friendly and knows and does his job very professionally. He is knowledgable, considerate and does a wonderful job for the company. I would use Custom Plumbing of Arizona again.

Took two visits to rectify leak and they scheduled twice to correct issue but weren't able to make it and needed a third day to show up but only after I told them I was going to report to BBB, guess your not a priority once they have the money.

Justin was on time, very calm and pleasant. Took care of my plumbing problem right away. We talked about up our future remodel. He had great ideas. I’ll be calling Custom Plumbing from now on.
