The company/Ed was very quick to respond with a text that contained phone numbers and a cost according to my description. Also they were very prompt to send someone out. Ian made me feel confident because of his professionalism. He got my kitchen up and running and will be coming back to help me resolve the slow drain issue further.

came to repair the busted water line pipe, replace it but noted few hours later the soil on top is soaking wet, dig around it noted it was still leaking, called him back , said he'll be back the following day, came and fix it

The price they wanted for the repair was almost double for the same work done by another plumber. I wanted to use Home Advisor so I would receive the $50 reward but the only company you recommended was Custom Plumbing. I was also under the impression that you recommend more than one company. I am deleting your app from all my devices and advising everyone I know to do the same.

Tony, my technician was super great. He explained everything so I could understand what needed to be done. He suggested additional repairs needed and I had him take care of them. This is the only pluming company I will ever use mostly because of Tony, he deserves a raise.

At first communication was great, technician came out to give an estimate, we had bought parts to fix our problems, he reviewed our problem, gave a quote, then left. The next day we hadn't heard back from him, or the next. We called back, and he was finding parts for us then came back to finish the job, the next day. Satisfaction Guaranteed :). Just a small miscommunication on our part, but we didn't know the scoop of return.

Billy did a great job installing our toilets. We would definitely use Custom Plumbing again.

I had scheduled another plumber from Home Advisor but was having them come Monday as they charged more for the weekend. Having been on Home Advisor web site Custom Plumbing texted me letting me know they were available and didn't charge extra for weekends. They were here in 45 minutes and made repairs and now I have hot water. The plumber showed me directly where the damage was and it was quite visible. Terrible water in Arizona. They were awesome and if I need a plumber in the future it will be them. I have their card. Great company!!!
