He was on time, very professional, polite and did the job within the estimate.

Technician was prompt and solved the problem. Worst part is that I could have done it myself and saved the money, but I felt like it was going to be more difficult. However I wouldn't hesitate to hire the company again !

I had a valve failure on the water to my house. I decided to expand the replacement job to include some preventative maintenance and additional maintenance. The estimate I was given to have 2 - 3/4" brass valves replaced plus a faucet trim replacement had a range of $300 to $350. Sounded good so I had them come out to do the job. After looking at it the plumber said it would be a $650 job, but he did include replacing a vacuum break/check valve. However I needed to get water to the house that day so I approved the job. It did feel like a "bait & switch" and should have been priced at $400. The plumber did a very good job - high quality, and they were timely in response.

The plumber that came to fix our issues was professional and considerate. The price was a little steep though, but I'd rather pay a lot to get it done right than to compromise on price and quality of work.

If you get Ry, he is the man at his job. Honest and completed the job as he said he would at the cost that was quoted. No mess, no fuss, no worries what so ever! Ry was the best and I will continue to use custom plumbing of Arizona and will request Ry for all my plumbing needs.
