They answered my call on a Saturday and had someone out within a few hours. The customer service, communication, follow-up, turnaround time and price all exceeded my expectations.

Replaced water heater in my garage. Very solid job, added a pan for any future water leaks and drain pipe to keep water away, which was a great idea.

I was very satisfied with the work performed. Very professional. Extremely satisfied with the respond time. Dustin the tech did a fantastic job.

Finished job done very well.

Plumber was unable to find our pipe rattle. But dont get me wrong, he did work his butt off trying to find it.

They can be a little slow to respond via email, and their phone lines are pretty busy, but once you get them on-site, they're great professionals. The guy that fixed up my sink (Tallson) even fixed stuff I hadn't realized was wrong with the pipes under there. They'll definitely be the first company I call next time I have plumbing issues.

Asked about the camera inspection prior to them coming to your property. They didn't know what we were talking about regarding camera inspection and tech said he didn't have one .

i was satisfied that the drain is now unclogged and whatever was blocking it from draining is out the way . Although it took 2-3hours to finally break it free, its still unclear about where and what it was ?? We live in a manufactured home. Id like to have figured out where the clean out was exactly located. So i could have done this myself. But after a week and a half of me having to wash dishes in the bathroom we called these guys. No true complaints when wrapped up. But when asked about the camera inspection the service tech had no idea about what i was talking about and told my husband that they didn't have one ?? bummer.

Had a true professional come out and help unplug our toilet and then had someone the next day comeback and ran a camera through our front yard pipes and explained what he found and what the next steps were for us.

Came for an estimate for toilet replacement. After repairman looked at tank, he quickly diagnosed problem, grabbed a part off the truck, and had it working fine in 10 minutes. And refused to charge me for it. I've passed this company name on to all my family and friends.

They fixed my plumbing problem after the warranty company said it wasn't possible. Fast response and explained what the problem was, they fixed what was wrong and advised me of any other plumbing I might need in the future.

Overall the job seemed to be done correctly and no issues.

Custom sent somebody quickly. I'm getting the home ready for sale and couldn't be there, but Custom was able to fix a leak and get the other trades back to work at a very reasonable price.

They responded my request right away and the tech. was on time. The only comment I have for the tech. was he didn't clean the area after he was done, but he was courteous and solve the problem.

Great customer service and all work completed as requested.

High priced and wont reveal the labor charge.

Initially, I was given a competitive bid and an appointment made for 1 on Friday at 4:30. Was told plumber couldn't arrive until around 6. Second appointment made next day at 12 pm. Was called at 9:30 p.m angering the office that I was not available early. They didn't show up after waiting for about 7 hours over 2 days. Woman that answered the phone said it was my fault for changing the time. I would not use this company they are undependable and, I felt, irresponsible.

Tallson did an excellent job and completed the work quickly and in a professional manner.
