John removed and installed a new garbage disposal and a kitchen sink faucet. The new garbage disposal was a bit larger than the old one and required a reworking of the sink drainage configuration. The work was completed in short order and very professionally done. Everything was cleaned up as if nobody had been there.

My job was very simple and Custom Plumbing showed up when promised and performed the work with skill and speed.

The man who came for the estimate, and came to do the work (same person) was punctual, well outfitted, knew his trade, and gave me advice that helped me the most for my money. The work was done quickly, and a minimum of mess. I will use them again in January 2019.

Very knowledgeable tech came out quickly and didn't mind me peppering him with questions about all kinds of plumbing issues and concerns we had. He tolerated me well and was very friendly. Great service, i would very much hire again. Only reason I docked a star was they charged more than the quote over the phone, but with an explanation. We'll use them again when we have more work done.

I received a call he was on his way. He arrived ahead of schedule and quickly replaced the water filter and two toilet tank refill valves. Joe was courteous and efficient. I will call Custom Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

custom plumbing was great. butnthey dont work on septic tanks which is the problem i'm having. they cam out and snaked the line, which helped. communication was great. Steven was friendly and helpful. i just need a septic tank guy, not a plumber. thanks.

Came promptly on aSunday. Did not charge extra. Unplugged my kitchen drain in 20 minutes. Steven was obviously experienced professional. Explained clearly what he believed had happened and how to avoid a future occurrence. Would recommend highly.

I needed a new kitchen faucet replaced and Custom Plumbing did a great job. They called me right away and came out the same day. They showed up on time and the technician was great! Overall a great experience! Great price, great workmanship. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs and I will definitely use them again !

Well, I ended up with this company because the man, Ryan, offered me a good deal and he made sense on how to “attack” my drain problem. The technician that came out was very personable and worked hard at getting the slow drain in the bathroom fixed. He did just that, however, the back up from the washer created an over flow into my kitchen sink. He climbed back up on the roof and worked quite long and did his best to clear that over flow. We thought it was cleared but the next time I did a wash the over flow in the kitchen sink happened again....the bathroom remains with good drainage. I reread the contract that stated something like “does not guarantee flow”.....he got the bathroom right but the other problem is not fixed. The camera guy came out before the washer drainage problem reocccured and stated what he saw in the pipes with predictions of the future and the cost associated with correcting the problem. I really appreciate getting my bathroom flow corrected but I am not pleased that the washer back up into the sink continues and then “slow drains”. Obviously, I need to call a different company that will guarantee to get back the complete flow.
