Spent $69.00 for special. For a slow drain. Did not solve the problem. Instead, I was told it will cost about $6,000.00 to do spot excavation.

Both Home Advisor and the people I hired over charged me. And the job was not well done. Home Advisor charged me $149.00, and the pro charged me $330.00. When I called Home Advisor to complain about the $149.00, they told me they would refund the $149.00. However I have yet to see it. The people who did the job also called me to inquire about payment for the job , when I paid them as soon as the job was completed.

Martin was prompt on the call to me for service...even before I finished the questions from HomeAdvisor. Same day service was not a premium and they came out fixed the problem in less than 3 hrs. Jose was good to speak with and he was efficient. We also had some water problems and they called a restoration company which came out in 60 min to assess the situation at no cost. Great service all around. Thank you

A number of issues arose during the install, but the service man was really good about returning numerous times to get the job done right. He was very nice and prompt with taking care of things and apologetic for the problems that occurred.

I used them in the past and they did a good job, quality work and timely and clean. They are more expensive but was willing to pay for good service. They replaced a main sewer line and scheduling was off and they were so disrespectful of the property And left a mess. I had gotten a 2nd bid but went with them Expecting better service, didnâ t get it.

We had a very unfortunate experience with Custom. Paid to have 2 new toilets installed and everything seemed to go pretty well at first. The plumber arrived on time and seemed like a pretty nice guy. The price appeared to be reasonable as well. Fast forward about a year and we find water coming out of our ceiling (toilets installed on second floor). Had a different plumber come out (also from Custom) and he told us that the original plumber not only reused the old rusty bolts from the previous toilets, but that he also only used 1 wax ring when our floor height clearly required 2! He fixed the issue promptly and referred us to a remediation service to deal with the water damage. The next day we contacted the manager at Custom who rudely answered the phone and seemed infuriated that his employee identified their poor workmanship and told us as much. He eventually agreed to cover the costs, but it was an unpleasant encounter to say the least. As of today we are now having water coming out of the ceiling again, this time from the other toilet that Custom installed at the same time. Since we are out of their ?warranty? period I am guessing it will be coming right out of our pocket. All I can say is stay far away!
