I had a problem that needed immediate attention and this was the only company who responded out of 7 others. The plumber came promptly and understood the issue, but a particular tool was required that he did not have. He took the time to give estimates that would fix the problem. The office called later to be sure that I was satisfied with the service. Since I don't have a regular plumber I will make them my regular service and can highly recommend Custom Plumbers to anyone in need of a company who is reliable and prompt. Liz in Scottsdale

I was running at / or around 100 psi for water pressure. Needed a pressure valve installed. They came out the next day (a Saturday) and took care of it quickly. If you get an estimate from another company I recommend you send them the estimate and see how they can beat it.

I called for one thing however I had other little things that needed repair. They were very respectful and professional. I love the job they did on my both bathroom tubs, new garbage disposal, and new facet in kitchen. I do recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a great job.

Scheduled for 10 am - noon. Appraiser came at 2:00. He then came back at 3:00 and fixed it, which took 15 mi. No one called to say they were going to be 3 hours late.

Repairman very nice , fixed leak fast , looks great . My plumbing can be seen , under pedestal sink, chrome looks nice

Excellent service, high quality materials, great price! I had a break in the water main line between the meter and the house. Johnny took the time to explain that I had the options of locating the leak and patching it, or replacing the entire line to the house. I chose to replace the entire line, rather than chance that the line was weak in another spot and I would have to patch the line again. I had arranged for another contractor to provide a bid and explained this. Johnny was very understanding and told me that he would come back the next morning to replace the line if I chose Custom Plumbing. I got my second bid which was substantially higher than Custom Plumbing, Johnny returned the next morning at the time he said he would, replaced the line with high quality materials, and filled the dig so well that you couldn't tell that the area had been excavated. I would highly recommend them.
