The gentleman who came from Custom Plumbing was very professional and friendly. He did the job changing my faucet in a reasonable amount of time and made sure everything worked properly. I highly recommend this company for you plumbing needs.

Custom Plumbing and Corri did a good job but they brought in Copper State Renovations and Ryan was a bully with both us and Corri. He tried to have his crew dismantle our bathroom and then lied to us that Corri agreed that was what had to be done, after my husband and Corri had JUST discussed how best to repair the leak. The repair did not require our tub and possibly shower to be ripped out. Ryan also started a claim with our insurance. Our insurance rep then suggested Copper State could be a problem with over billing and going after the homeowner! So if you use Custom Plumbing, do NOT let them bring in Copper State.

Hey, car salesman masquerading as a plumber, insulting the intelligence of a potential customer is not the right way to do business. The plumber arrived, I showed him to the closet that holds the sewage expeller pump. Without examining the actual pump in any way, he wrote up a bid to replace the pump for $3000. :-O One quick web search showed me that most sewage ejector pumps sell for under $200... so I accepted his other offer to actually troubleshoot the pump for $550 dollars. He lifted it out and said, "There you go, its clogged with baby wipes." "Could you try to clear the clog please", I replied. "Oh, its tough to clear," he responded. "Well, please try anyway." Reluctantly, he proceeded, pulled out the clogging clump as if that settled the matter. "Do you mind plugging it back in to see if it might do anything now that the clog is cleared?", I asked. "If I plug it in now, it'll pump stuff onto the wall in this closet.", said the guy who has been telling me before he looked at the pump that it is dead and will not operate. "Please try anyway, thank you." He lowered the pump back into the muck, quickly reconnected the pipes, and plugged it in. Nothing, the pump seemed dead for sure. "Okay, thank you for at least taking a deeper look," I said, thinking to myself that $550 for ten minutes of effort that I had to coax him into was still highway robbery, I proceeded. "So your pitch without looking at anything first was for a pump and $2700 worth of labor? Really? You know, I do not appreciate people doing business like that. If you had been more modest and opened up at $1000 I might have accepted. Its a dirty job that I don't want to do and I am willing to pay somebody. But that price? I do not know if your bosses empower you to negotiate the price but $3000 is way out of bounds." "Well Sir, the way they explain it to me is that you are paying me for a job that is insured if anything goes wrong and for my knowledge and expertise. Plus, with inflation the way it is, everything costs more. That is how they explain it to me Sir." I showed him out. The next day I purchased a new pump and a 2" pipe wrench for under $200 and spent just under an hour of my labor replacing the old pump. Moral of the story: do the tiniest bit of homework, maybe watch a YouTube video how to do that job yourself, and spare yourself the time dealing with car salesman plumber scammers.

Vanessa is a real Pro. I told her my concerns and she was all over it. Twin Home Experts fixed a leak under my house and in the process they destroyed a vanity in the bathroom. I replaced the vanity and a new P-trap needed to be installed. Their plumber came and installed the P-trap and the next day water flooded our new vanity. Very sloppy work and cheap parts. I called several companies to check availability. Custom Plumbing of Arizona sent a Real Plumber right away. Corri from Custom Plumbing came over and explained the poor work that was done. Corri had to correct the sloppy poor work that was done. Then he proceeded to install a P-trap with the correct parts. When Corri was done he completed a full leak test and explained all the details to me. Corri is a class ack, very professional and patient. He took the time to listen to my concerns. I Highly recommend Custom Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Thank You Corri and Vanessa for a job Well Done!

Kory the service technician was very impressive! He took the time out to explain parts that were needed and how they would help fix our issue. He did an excellent job at repairs that were needed. I highly recommend him!

Kory the service technician was wonderful! He walked me through my options, offered me a pressure test for all of my water fixtures both in and out of the house. We have had several neighbors blow out some water lines and even one inside their wall which wasnâ t found for 3 mons because they we snow birds and it wasnâ t found until they asked me to check it. When I went in it was full of 4 inches in water and 4 feet of mold. So needless to say, I wanted that pressure test! Besides that, Kory was knowledgeable, friendly, and very fast. I will definitely call upon Custom Plumbing not just for the pressure test but for any other plumbing problems I have in the future. Thanks for NOT charging a trip charge! That was unexpected but wonderful.

They did a very good job

We had another plumbing company charge us 2x what they Custom charged us. The other company did the same work but in a different bathroom. Replaced the wax donut. The other company charged over 400. And custom was SO FAST responding back and setting the appointment!! The other company initials were GB. You can figure it out! USE CUSTOM PLUMBING!!!

Tech, was competent and respectful

I received a call from them after going on Angi and they said they could be here the next day. They came out and fixed the problem in a short while. Shane was very friendly and courteous and got the job done. Would definitely recommend them.

Danial was great, he was able to install our new tankless hot water heater and faucet in a timely manner. We will be using Custom Plumbing of Arizona for all our plumping needs.

Repaired leak at water meter dug a hole in ground replaced PVC end cap and had me turn the water back on in the dark with flashlight three hours later. I am 76 years old. Did not return to fill in the hole that is located on Hoa property

Jose A came to house to fix shower which was not working properly-no hot water. He quickly analyzed the problem and quickly came up with a solution. He explained how it worked and give information re the shower. Other plumbers did not give any information. He was very amiable and very professional. Would definitely use again.
