Hired Custom Plumbing to pull a frozen shower cartridge. They were out quickly and worked hard to remove the cartridge. They easily could have said, "can't be removed," and charged me 4x more for a new valve. Appreciate their integrity and work ethic. I will be using them for future work.

Justin was exceptional. He ran into a couple of issues while installing our new water heater, but took the time necessary to work through them and do the job right - even on a Saturday night.

Put my request to Home Adviser on Sunday 4/3/16, received a text within an hour that they would call Monday morning. Dispatcher called at 7:50 Monday, arranged for visit, Jerry arrived at 8:45 discussed price after he checked out the problem, we agreed to price and it was fixed in 30 minutes. Great service, Jerry did a great job and now the shower handle and cartridge is replaced and it works great! I will use them again if I have plumbing issues.

Did a great job! Right on time,had all supplies needed at hand, and the price was exactly what he said it would be! I am very satisfied and thankful that he came over on a Sunday! He replaced both shut off valves under my very old kitchen sink and even went the extra mile and finished installing the faucet for us! Would definitely use these guys again! Thanks again Jerry!

Prompt, professional, and courteous. Customer Service called me literally within seconds of submitting my request. Was able to schedule an appointment for free estimates, everyone else required a service call payment. The plumbers were professional, prompt, and courteous. (9/10) Will likely work with again on bigger projects I am budgeting for in the near future.
