daniel was a very experienced plumber and went above and beond to fix the problem with my toilet. and did a great job on fixing it. I would highly recommend this to any one with a plumbing issue.

Saw the water heater leak at 2:30 PM, sought help via Angi, had an immediate call from Custom, was told they could have a plumber at our home (in the farthest NW part of Phoenix) between 3 PM and 5 PM, the plumber arrived about 4:30 PM, agreed that we needed to replace a very old water heater, so he went to pick up the model we selected, came back, and had the new one installed by 7 PM. Oh, he also helped us find a plumber to check (at no cost) a leak we had fixed in our bedroom ceiling to make certain it had not returned. So another guy arrived at about 6:30, checked the ceiling, found no moisture, and gave it a thumbs up. Satisfaction complete.

The repair person went out of his way to come by my house at seven pm checked out the problem gave me a quote and set up an appointment to come back on Friday to replace my water heater. I would hire them again.

Corri the technician I had was excellent. He explained everything that he was doing. He even told me if I could watch and he would explained to me what he was doing. Not every technician I know would do that. I was impress with his professionalism and how courteous he was. When I asked him a question, he answered the question in layman's terms where I could uncderstand. I would certainly recommend Corri.

THis company along with four others were asking $1500 to fix my leak from what I thought was the Main line coming into the building but was the Sprinkler breaker valve that was looped back into the main that was stolen for its copper value by Druggies looking for money. THis company got my business because they were the lowest price at $850. This work took two and a half hrs and took six feet of three quarters of an inch copper and Breaker valve. That is taking advantage of the public because they could. Shame on them.

Steven was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with installation of toilet. He did a great job and would recommend him ! He cleaned everything after he finished the job. Would certainly recommend him.

Arrived on time on a Sunday and repaired the main water line quickly.

Great followup on projects. Plumber, Steve, was polite, professional and treated my home as if he were repairing his own. Also offered deep discount and family plan, which will come in handy later.

Don't call them if you expect a company to be on time. I understand things happen on the job. But when you are the first appointment of the day and they show up three hours late.

stephen was extremely helpful and appeared knowledgeable. he kept his work area neat and cleaned up after he was done. we felt we could trust the information we were given about our problem and what was needed to solve it.

Good work but very overpriced (more than $700 for less than two hours of work). I am currently trying to get a partial refund. Replacing faucets and a shower cartridge. It is a pity because the work was nicely done.

Steve arrived when estimated and determined what needed to be done, left for a while and retuned with a very good water heater and drip pan and began the change out. He cleaned the area and hauled the old water heater away. The installation looked professional.

For a Holiday weekend they work hard to get my job done.
