Surprisingly happy with this company. Always worry when you call off the internet but they sent out a really nice kid named Kyle and he was great about walking me thru everything. Will use again!

I had a garbage disposal replaced. Custom Plumbing of Arizona, LLC was very thorough in their diagnosis of the problem and installation of the new garbage disposal.

Very nice person replaced an outside faucet and installed a new water shut-off valve (lever type). It didn't take very long, and I'm happy with the results.

I wish I would have called these guys first! I would have saved $250. Justin and Rubin KNOW what they are talking about. They ran the camera first (not after) to find out exactly what they were dealing with: tree roots AND elbows in the line. They cleared it. Camered it again. Found a bit more root. Cleared that. Camera-3rd time. Done. No additional chg.!! No big deal-right? Big deal to me: the "other" guys wanted $4000+ to replace the line!!! And they chgd $250 to tell me that!! My opinion: More stars for these guys at Custom!! Call CUSTOM!!!!

We had three (3) toilets replaced in our home, one was broken, but we prefer the Toto toilets, with soft closing lids. The plumber that arrived, did a wonderful, quick job. I was looking for the 79 dollar deal . and had to pay 95

We had a damaged pipe in tub/shower. The tech recommendation for the repair and which items needed to be replaced were top notch, cost effective and the best options.

They responded immediately. They were courteous and neat. Answered all questions politely , couldn't be happier. I will definitely use and recommend .

set up appoint early am next day, they called back to say would be later next day, called next day asked me to reschedule following day I said no. I had already taken the day off. Then they call again spoke with my husband who agreed to the next day, but said "You will be kind to my billing because of this?" They said they would take care of us. He was here for less then 1 1/2 hours including trip to get valves. Valves are less then $50 at home depot and I was charged $300 for the job. so they called me 3 or 4 times to reset appt. only took 90 minutes with $50 in parts and I had to pay $300 and lost a day at work. Sucks

Issues: Toilet would not stop filling (float issue). Wanted to fix myself. Could not turn off water to the toilet. So I tried to turn off the water to the house from outside. Found out I could not. Valve would not shut it off. I posted my issues on Home Advisor Sunday evening. Custom Plumbing called me 8am Monday and scheduled for Tuesday. Free estimate. Kyle and CJ showed up Tuesday and were friendly and explained what needed to be done to fix the issues. We were VERY HAPPY with their work and would rate the quality 10 if we could. Not cheap, and I did not get other estimates. But the work was done right (no leaks!) and in about 2 hours. KUDOS to Kyle and CJ.
