The young tech that did the work was great, fast and did a good job.

Good company, and they seem to care about finding the best, most economical plumbing solutions. The only gripe I have is that they put the shower faucet control for hot/cold water on backwards! I nearly scalded myself trying to figure out which direction was hot versus cold the first time back in. I wound up having to disassemble the faucet assembly and put it on right myself.

Tech replaced shower cartridge to repaired the leak but started the problem with weak water pressure which the tech was not able to fix. Had another plumbing service replace the cartridge to fix the weak water pressure problem - had to pay twice for the same work.

The tech. showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He did try to repair the leaking part, but had to replace it. I was told before the work was started what the cost would be and was very happy with both the price and the work. Great customer service, both on the phone and in person.

The workers were good. I feel the price was way to high

The guys were very professional and did a great job. My only complaint was that they were about 25% higher than I would have expected to pay for this job.

My kitchen drains were stopped up. Michael arrived on a Sunday morning with a camera to check out the issue. He confirmed the clog was caused by accumulation of Egg Shells ( I eat a lot of hard boiled eggs for breakfast). + grease. He said he could clear it and the main drain using Hydroflushing. I had not heard of that technique before so he explained what it was. It is basically lots of water pushed down the pipe using high pressure hoses. He came back the following Tuesday an hour ahead of the scheduled time with the equipment and got right to work. I watched as he flushed out the drains for the kitchen sink. It took 2 hours but when done the drains were very clear. I was impressed with the technique and the his effort to clear the drain. he then do the same thing to our main drain and it too looked very clear. total cost was $1869.00. I paid 1/2 during the Sunday visit after we agreed that he would used the flush. then I paid the remaining amount when he finished. I am impressed with their promptness and professionalism as well as the Hydroflush. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Came out on a Saturday to give an estimate! Overall a good experience

Brady was a stud. He scored a ten on two of my three projects....project three I was able to fix on my own after speaking to Delta Faucets for the third time. But just so it's clear....he never charged me for the third project that I fixed myself. I could not be happier with the end result of all my concerns being taking care of.

Excellent job, very professional, honest. Submitted emergency request at midnight. Company owner called at 4am and his men were on the job at daybreak. They honored their price quote even when additional work was necessary. The men doing the work were well trained and were careful to explain what they were going to do and why, before work began and at any time problems were encountered. We have had sewer line problems for years (45 year old property) and have used the services of numerous plumbing contractors. This was the best experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this company.

This company did an excellent job. I just bought my house and within 5 days had a total plumbing blockage - roots in pipe said home warranty. Home warranty said it would cost $20-30k - i freaked out. I spoke with Vincent (owner of CUSTOM PLUMBING OF AZ) and he told me about his employee Michael - heck he sounded like a pipe/root whisperer. Michael came out to my home - on time and brought a camera and saw the ROOT of the problem. He told me it is not an unusual problem in this area. He calmly explained to me how they were going to have to drill into the foundation and to my surprise I was calm also. He explained the process to me and literately took me by the hand and showed me the way. We agreed to do the work which was thousands of dollars less than the original company quoted. They financed the repair for me. Completed the work in a very timely manner and they were beyond clean and neat. Swept everything up as if they were not even here. THIS WAS THE MOST STRESS FREE REPAIR THAT I HAVE EVER HAD DONE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Michael is the pipe whisper. A 3 generation plumber. I would never use another company - an A+ rating is not good enough for this company A++++++++!
