All I want to do is a star level rating. There is no reason I should have to write a novel about my experience. They were good, they were responsive. That's all you need to know.

Came same day I called. Did fast clean work. Did try to up sell me for more work, but it will eventually be something that will need to be done.

In all honesty, I didn't "shop" the repair. I just wanted quick, efficient replacement of a leaking (gas) water heater, and Custom was the highest rated of the 3 best options offered by Home Advisor. After choking and sputtering over the $1,000 + bottom line, and knowing the job would not be an easy one, I hired Custom to do the job. As with the "Scottsdale" reviewer, I also give high praise to Justin. He was very conscientious and did a great job!

From beginning to end everyone was great. But I have to give extra praise to Justin (plumber) as the installation of my hot water heater was not as simple as it looked and he persevered through the challenges to make everything work. Thanks Kyle, Nicky & Justin. You will definitely hear from me again for any plumbing needs I may have.

They were very accommodating and super efficient. Randy (the plumber) was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to save me money and complete the repair. When I use this company again, I will request only Randy.

Justin did a good job but it was overpriced.

I called custom plumbing for a no water pressure issue at my apartment complex and the gentleman I spoke to was very perfetional and sent Kyle out to look at my issue, Kyle came in a short time and looked at my water heater and noticed a gate valve on the line and I turned it and it was off water ran to my water heater instantly. The so called maintenance man at my complex didn't turn it on. Arizona custom plumbing is a for sure go to for any plumbing needs. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing problems in the future! Thanks to everyone at Arizona custom plumbing!!! I now have hot water after 2 days without it no thanks to my apartment complex.

Responded immediately to my inquiry. Ruben Perez, the Technician, was polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to alleviate my situation. Very professional. The finished product was installed within a short time, and done right.

Had broken water line under bathroom sink. They were very easy to schedule an appointment with and were on time for the appointment. Very professional and quality work. Only complaint would be the prices. I thought they were expensive, but I have not had to use a plumber in along time. I would definitely recommend them and use them for future needs.

Had raw sewage coming out of my shower, my tub, both toilets and my sink they came in the middle of the night they were responded quickly. Jorge was very courteous, extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. He went above and beyond to help me. They were back out at my house at 7 a.m. the next day to finish the job and the pricing was awesome. Just cant say enough good things about Jorge. He made a stressful situation more bearable. That man deserves a raise.

Of coarse my water heater started leaking at 11pm right when I was getting ready to go to bed. They were very responsive and friendly. Did a great job.

The water heater install was done improperly and I had a flood as a result. I caught it quickly and there was little damage. They did offer services of a recovery company they do business with who provided dehumidifiers and blowers to dry out the floor and drywall.

They tried fixing my water heater instead of making us buy a new one. Which worked for us around the holidays
