I was very happy with this company. I didn't have a plumbing emergency but they had an appointment scheduled within two days of my inquiry. The plumber that came to our house, Jolene, did great work and got us taken care of. I also found their prices to be reasonable and would definitely use them again.

Our job needed extensive work. Since a remodel is ahead, we opted for the quick fix. He was very good about giving us a couple of different options with different price points. He didn't try to upsell....just get the job done.

Jolene was friendly, efficient and helpful. Quote was accurate and reasonable. My plumbing is very old and not done well but she just kept working until job complete while keeping her smile and composure. She even played with my dog. I would highly recommend her work.

the quality used to replace 100% brass faucets with cheap, undersized units with a red plastic handle. they also did not replace the pipe cover against the house. Had I been home when they were there, I would have stopped them and demanded better parts or sent them home. I need this fixed...and I have paid the bill.

Custom was very responsive and was willing to use plumbing components I already had on-hand. Work was very neat and professional. There was one very small leak at a threaded connection but they were prompt coming back out and fixing at no charge. One of the better experiences I have had with a plumbing company in Phoenix.
