Courteous and timely.

The office staff at Custom is over the top on their customer service - I received many emails and phone calls prior to our service as a reminder they were coming. My rating for value for the money is mostly on me - I did not receive or request and itemized quote to proceed prior to authorizing the work. The technician who came to evaluate our job was very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented, except that he was a smoker and had a heavy air about him. My husband was recently released from the hospital with pneumonia, among other things, so I wanted to get the technician on his way as quickly as possible. I did not ask for the itemization, and in retrospect, should have done so prior to authorizing the work. I am very impressed with the technician who did the work, as well as the office staff, and will keep Custom Plumbing in mind for future work. However, I will get a complete and written cost estimate on the front end. Lesson learned for me -

Good work and open discussion and ideas. However dd not get call backs at times.

The tech was friendly, on time, worked diligently to fix my clogged shower drains. He reviewed all other plumbing areas and advised of potential problems in the future, then gave me a quote for reference on those.

My tech was a likable guy, and works quickly. His quotes are in the ball park.

I was nervous about finding a plumber that wouldn't over charge me etc. I was having a problem with master bath toilet not flushing so I remembered TV ad for Home Advisor. I put in what I was needing on their website & a list came up of plumbers with good ratings. I went with Custom Plumbing of Az. I'm glad I did. The man that came out, CJ, I believe, explained what he would try first. CJ brought in a toilet auger/snake & worked on toilet. The blockage was in toilet & he explained the possibility of needing to remove toilet if he couldn't clear blockage. I thought he was honest, respectful & did a great job. After about 3-4 minutes, the blockage broke free & toilet was working good. CJ cleaned up & I paid the bill which was exactly what I was quoted for their special $69.00. I did ask about having an estimate to get my ice maker hooked up & I was given one after CJ made a call. I would call Custom Plumbing again if I have another plumbing issue. If I had any problem with Custom Plumbing it would be with their timeliness. I had a 1:00 pm appt & CJ didn't get to my home until about 4:00 pm or so. I called about 2:30 & was told the job he was on turned out to be more serious. I was home all day so it worked out. Thanks again for my inexpensive repair. I'm glad I called your company.

Justin did a good, clean installation and the price was right

Spent my day waiting and when I heard the price it was $385. 00 to install a kitchen facet. Very exspensive for one hour work. I must be out of the loop when it comes to pricing.

Under challenging conditions Ricky installed a new kitchen faucet. He was efficient and did great work. I highly recommend him!

The two guys I interacted with were friendly, professional and highly communicative. The work was done efficiently. I was worried about how my landscaping would look when they finished, but my concerns were squashed when I saw the finished product. It looks just as good as it did before they started. Thankfully

I had installed a new under-mount sink and needed to have it connected to the water line. I received an accurate (and lowest) quote with a warning that many times the stops (feeds from the water line might be leaking). The stops were indeed leaking and I had them replaced, all exactly as quoted over the phone. I got same day service and Justin provided very professional and personable service. Every effort was made to ensure that the job was completed 100% correctly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Custom Plumbing to anyone in the Phoenix metro area. I now have their business card permanently on my refrigerator and will feel confident calling them again the next time I need plumbing assistance.
