After speaking with friends I was told that I had been overcharged for the work done. The plumber was friendly, his work was done neatly but I felt that I had paid too much.

Great job fixing 2 toilets that were always running water. He really worked at finding the causes of the problems, fixing them, and making sure that all leaking had stopped before he left. On time, professional, friendly, and courteous. Left the work areas immaculate. Will recommend this company to others.

It was amazing- imagine going to a restaurant and it's the best steak you've ever had, and the best waiter you've ever had. I am so pleased.

They did not test the water before making the repair. They made the repair then tested the water and informed us the RO was not filtering the water. Same as tap, then charged us for the repair, and wrote on the receipt they take no responsibility for the leak. Good thing they wrote that because the the repair did not last but three days, before flooding my kitchen cabinet. They refunded my money after I asked them to do so.

Started out with leaky connection. Plumber called Restoration Company to get referral fee. Ended up costing me $2500 (deductible on insurance) for nearly $3000-$5000 bill. Total mess and started with Custom plumber.
