They had a $69 diagnosis fee. He had to run the snake three times from two locations before he finally broke up the clog. I expected to pay more than the $69 fee but that is all they charged! I thought it was a great value

The service tech did his job, however he was drinking or had been, was a hit arrogant and rude, so It was uncomfortable and awkward. I needed it done, but felt I had no choice as itcwas an emergency, so I to let him in my house to do the work. The work was satisfactory, so I did inform the Management, who was very nice and said the issurs would be addressed. Apparently, this was a complaint of others on 2 occassions, so I was told the technician was fired. I would hire Custom plumbing again, as I see they do want to have and provide good customer service when it counted.

Replaced defective kitchen faucet. Great service and workmanship. Price a bit higher than expected but reasonable.

I would like the management at Custom Plumbing to know that although I appreciated the response from 'Aaron' through Home Advisor, I felt that he somewhat took advantage of my emergency situation (need for repair of burst line at 4:00 pm on Friday before a holiday weekend, two days before scheduled to leave on a week's vacation), was confusing and a fast-talker, and charged me almost $400 to replace old shut-off valves when the problem was actually with the pressure regulator that relates to the City of Scottsdale neighborhood waterline pressure.

Quick response. Fixed the problem quickly and was happy to explain along the way. Absolutely will use them next time.
