Description of Work: Great! |This company installed my R/O water system three years ago. I used them because of their sterling reputation. |R/O systems require annual changes of their water filters. In may system, I have five filters. |I noticed that American Home Water had a coupon for changing a 4-stage water filter and wrote them via Angie's List to determine the charge for a 5-stage system. American Home Water discounted the 5-stage filter to $90 (the price I paid last year from another company who advertised on Angie's List.) |My schedule required that I make the appointment almost a month ahead of time, towards the end of May. American Water accommodated my request. |At the time and date of our appointment, American Water sent two men, Gerardo and Luis. They arrived on time for our appointment and completed the work is a timely manner. Prior to their starting the job I asked them if they were aware of the pricing given to me by American Water...they were not. I had a copy of the correspondence I had from their company and offered it to them. They took my word that the job was to be done for the agreed upon price. While working, they appeared to be efficient and professional. The entire job took about 30-minutes. |As the men were leaving they advised that American Water has expanded their business to include heating and air conditioning. |I certainly recommend American Water and their technicians, Gerardo and Luis. They were very pleasant to work with, cleaned up after themselves and were most professional. |

Description of Work: Tom came out first thing Saturday morning. He had been referred by a friend who has purchased their water softner in 3 different homes. I researched the customer feedback sites and was impressed with the consistent message they all gave. The experience was identical. When we said we wanted to purchase it, he said they could install it that same day. We are so relieved to have soft water and RO drinking water. Very, very happy and satisfied with this company and their service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Description of Work: I purchased a new gas hot water heater from American Home Water and all went as expected. My service men , Angel and Tyler, were great. Angel found a leak under our sink and spent a great deal of time locating it and told me what to do and watch for. They also changed my water filters in our reverse osmosis system under the sink for $100, which saved me the cost of a service call since they were already here. They also took a look at my water softener which my husband had a question about. I would definitley use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a water softener from here. I called and left a message of interest and received a return call shortly after with great information and a quote I couldn't pass up. Less then two hours later a crew was at my house installing the softener I ordered. Couldn't have imagined better service. Great company!

Description of Work: I reinstalled my existing RO system after a kitchen remodel. It was leaking. Since the system was 8 years old, I decided to have AHW replace it. My tech, Gerardo, talked to me about the new system options. He also suggested an automatic leak detector since we are out of town a lot. And he brought a faucet option that matched more closely to our kitchen faucets. I was very pleased with his service. And hopefully my leaking problems are resolved.

Following day at 730am they called and was in the house within 15 minutes. Gerardo was professional, and knowledgeable. Replaced my old water softener ,cleaned up, and explained the system well.
