Description of Work: I had a water heater replaced. The extra charge I incurred over and above the Angie's list price was due to being on the second floor and that I purchased a drip pan. Both of these fees were disclosed ahead of time. I received timely responses to my questions when I contacted them via email. The accommodated my schedule with a late afternoon/early evening appointment. I was pleased with the service I received and would recommend America's Home Water and Air.

Description of Work: The rep installed a recirculating pump on the water heater. It went just fine. He was done in about 30 mins, demonstrated the product and explained how to work the timer in case I wanted to change that. I love getting hot water from my tap in just a few seconds!

Description of Work: AMERICAN HOME WATER AND AIR OR WATER HEATERS replaced my leaking water heater. Called them in the morning and by 2:00PM Angel was at my house to install the new 50 gallon water heater. Had it installed in about an hour and hauled the old heater away. I have some reservations about the brand of water heater they use for this deal but if I can get 5 years out of it it will be worth it.

Description of Work: I ordered an AC tune up through Angie's List. The technician also replaced a bad capacitor which prevented the outdoor fan from failure. I also hired them to install a fail-safe switch in the AC drain line. I recommend this company. I will use them again.

Description of Work: They installed a hot water heater (50 gal), a reverse osmosis system (5 stage) and a new water softener (10 year warranty, 48K capacity, new). My reasons for not giving them an overall A rating are as follows... The installer did not walk me through the controls, setup, and instructions on any of the products before leaving so I don't know anything about the setup, the impact of power outages, etc. on the equipment. I was handled instructions booklets with my receipt but I would have liked to be walked through the equipment and what is important to know about it. Also when I called to ask about the hot water heater and placed my order for it prior to install I was very concerned with getting one that was very energy efficient. I told the person I spoke with on the phone with my order that was something I was looking for in the hot water heater I was getting. The unit ultimately brought and installed is mid level at best on its energy efficiency rating per the sticker right on it and it is not as efficient as the one that it was replacing which was disappointing. The old one was leaking so I did not push back and demand that they get another more efficient unit to install because I needed the hot water but they did not ultimately give me the "high efficiency" unit that I had asked for when I called and placed my order. That the unit was not more energy efficient as I had requested was disappointing to me! The overall price was not cheap. I was going to have the existing RO water system serviced but ultimately was told it would be almost as expensive to service it as it would be to replace it so I opted to replace the existing unit. All of the equipment does work as it should with no issues with leaks, etc and they were timely and quick to install everything.
